Update. My previous review was after speaking with their corporate office in Las Vegas. The builder of my home contacted the powers that be and Focus Plumbing from RENO (Dave) contacted me and was very pleasant and apologized for the negative treatment that I had received from Las Vegas. The plumbing rep in Vegas, well let's just say she definitely needs some retraining or exit papers. Dave from Reno sent out Bryce and Pedro to repair the problem. They were extremely professional and courteous. Bryce and Pedro repaired the problem quickly and correctly. Great service from Dave and Bryce and Pedro from RENO! Thanks so much.

Your driver (I posted the photo of his truck) just ran us off the highway lane (South on 215) into the median lane and has no idea because he was too busy on his phone to notice. We are traveling with our 6 month old baby.

Please make sure your drivers are being more attentive. Thank God, my husband has extremely quick reflexes and the patience and stoicism of a Saint.

Is this a scam???

My Rheem tankless water heater was not working so I called Focus Plumbing to come diagnose the issue. Next day, Landon S., a technician showed up and found error code 11 on the indicator. So, he showed his price list for replacing the malfunctioned part is $341 on top of $69 diagnostic charge.

Since the heater is couple years old and still under a warranty, so I agreed to have it replaced. I addressed to the technician that I need a very precise details on the part that replaced so I can reimburse the part's cost from Rheem. He accepted my proposal. I then went to the kitchen for less than 10 minutes and came back and found that the part was already replaced. He asked me to check for hot water. I checked and it worked.

He emailed me the receipt indicated the replaced part as ignition assembly and I sent to Rheem for the reimbursement. Rheem advised that ""Ignition Assembly"" is too broad and requested the exact name and the nit number of the replaced part. I contacted Joe Pressing, customer service manager, to issue a new receipt detailing name and unit number of the part. He issued a revised paper with a unit number.

I submitted the revision to Rheem and was told that the replaced part costs only $20.

I checked back with Joe and he replied ""You are not getting charged for the part. That is written on the invoice. Labor is included. That is written down.""

I sent an email replied ""Are you saying that I was charged $410 for replacement of the $20 part?""

Surely, I would not go back for their business in the future!!!

The only reason I will give them a two star rating is because they did a descent job flushing our tankless water heater. We called the this week to address no hot water in our guest room bathtub/shower. They came out replaced the cartage and said we needed a new tub spout. I personally replaced the tub spout the day before. The bill was $600.00 which is high to begin with. I would not complain except when they turned off our main line they did not open a valve to easy the pressure when they opened it again. This caused my motion activated kitchen sink to blow the solenoid. The faucet was 18 months old and cost $850 new. I called Focus the let them know what had happened but was told they take no responsibility. When I asked for a good guy price to install the new faucet I was told it would be $349.00. I have recommend at least 4 neighbors to them in the past. I can tell you based on the attitude of the service manager we will never use them again. I let them know I would be writing a review and was told GOOD LUCK. Stay far away from these people.

Since they don't tell you over the phone what they charge, I can inform their price to exchange water heater (single simple, no re wiring or replumbing) is $785.
That is LABOR ONLY.
Took exactly 1 hour.
Kinda expensive.

Brandon H. At Focus plumbing was outstanding.
He came to fix our tankless water heater, was fast efficient but most of all very friendly. He came during at difficult time for us and made the repair process very pleasant.
I will definitely use them again and will ask for Brandon. Not to mention our dog loved him and they are the best judge of a person as far as I am concerned.
