Had a kitchen facet installed but plumber couldn't install the soap dispenser. He didn't have a hole cover and left it open and got water all over the bottom of of cabinet. Then, he accidentally broke my cabinet. So incompetent I felt sorry for him. Only charged me 300 for the damage.

The garbage disposal that they installed died after three years use. The operator at Focus says the warranty is expired. The service call to just to look at it was $69. The technician was pleasant, efficient. Determined immediately that it needed to be replaced. The estimate to replace it was $500!!!! Called another plumbing service - the cost was a third of what Focus wanted!!! In the end, I'm out $69 for the service call, but I'll be sure to let everyone I know to avoid Focus.

I need supervisor to call me ASAP, I have had you guys Sevice my rental many times, my landlord has been ripped off so many times by your plumbers. I know surely they work off of commission which is not a good business model for your clients at all! Firstly, I had a plumber not put the bathtub in correctly after doing a job, then I had him inappropriately charge us for a garbage disposal job that was already fixed that same week when I told him that I just had it fixed and he said let me take a look at it, not mentioning that he was going to charge for taking a look at the job and off he went to look at it, all he did was turn it on! That was done and nothing was wrong with the disposal but we were charged for that! Then we had a toilet issue that you came several times for and never got the job done but charged $365 for the job, then came back today saying that it was cat litter in the toilet when how in the heck could he know and take photos of cat litter in a toilet that had feces in it?! Then show that to the landlord and tell me that he could not discuss the job or show me the photos that he took in my house???!!! He never asked permission to take any photos which is illegal. I contacted my attorney today about him taking photos and him saying that it is cat litter when that is impossible, who throws cat litter down the toilet and secondly I only use sawdust and corn for my litter! I am going to be reporting your company to the BBB and I'm discussing with my attorney about possibly taking you guys to court for libel when there is no way that he would have definitive proof that cat litter was put into a toilet and have photos to prove of such a statement. I need to hear from someone ASAP! I've been living with poop in my toilet for a month! Then the plumber wants to charge again for the job he didn't complete the first or the second time.

Happy Thanksgiving and a big THANK YOU to this company for coming out on a Holiday. My parents Main Sewer Line had to be snaked due to back up in the toilets and TONY C. was fantastic very professional and knowledgeable. We bought chemicals and became members of Focus Plumbing. This company is the BEST EVER and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I will be referring them to everyone I know and more!

These guys are going straight to hell. My 86 year old aunt called them because her garbage disposal stopped working. They had installed it two years earlier in a brand new home. They must have been the plumbers for the entire subdivision since their decals are all over the appliances. They charged her $500 to replace the disposal. I wish she would have called me but she just called the number on the sticker. Do not use Focus for any reason. They prey on the weak and elderly.

I have been a customer of Focus Plumbing since 1996 and I was always
satisfied with the quality of their work and fair prices.
I had a real estate license for 10 years and referred 100's of people to Focus Plumbing and heard back from some of them that they were happy. Today I called to make appt. and they said they charge $69 to come out to give estimate and the price they quoted was about 4 times
the price for replacing the toilet tank mechanisms. I explained that when I
had them out before to replace the faucet in master bath they didn't charge me anymore than $100 for labor. The charge quoted today would be $400 for less than an hours work for 2 toilets labor only!!
Sorry I am disappointed that I will need to move on to another plumber!

This place just charged me $350 to replace an igniter on a tankless water heater that they installed a few years ago. I guess the $2 part was covered under warranty but not the home visit or the $280/hour labor rate. WHAT A SCAM. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!
