We needed our home disconnected from the sewer and used FMS / Luis Fanlo on referral from a friend. The work was done and the check was cashed, but three weeks later we STILL cannot get a returned call to get our signed permit paperwork. Avoid at all costs. We are just trying to rebuild our home after losing everything in a house fire, and this nightmare is just made WORSE by having to deal with Luis Fanola / FMS plumbing. Do yourself a favor and get a respectable company / plumber that will actually complete the job and treat you like a human being instead of taking your money and running.
