I used FMR a few times and they are awesome.
The owner is friendly, trust worthy, and down to earth.
I want to point out that we saved a ton of money going with FMR.
My dad's central air unit went. We contacted PSE&G because we were covered under ""worry free,"" you know the best thing to have... That's sarcasm if you can't tell. PSE&G sent someone over to the house to look at the central air unit. His diagnosis went like this... ""The parts that are broken are covered, but you will have to pay for just the labor."" He claimed the fan propeller was broken, and said he was going to order the part and have it in about a week. It was going to be about a $300 job. Something sounded fishy.
I was recommended FMR Contracting through a family friend.
The owner Matteo came to my dad's house and did his own diagnosis and found this out... The fan propeller was good, the condenser went bad. A small $10 piece. Worked like new afterwards.

After that experience, he was given another job from my family. This time to replace an old central air unit. His prices were far better than the competition and the service was completed 2 days later.
