We called Fernando for a price on installing a washer and dryer, and we had a very good experience. His price was competitive, and best of all, he had a team come out the very next day to install - no messing around. They got the job done right the first time, and even hooked up the appliances, so that we could use them right away. Then, a few weeks later, one of our toilets needed to be repaired. Fernando came out the same afternoon, had it fixed in ten minutes, and it's working great. I highly recommend this company; I know we will call them the next time we have need of a plumber.

He installed new water heater the controller is not working and reverse osmosis to our home and sink is leaking, we contact him for several times it's more than a month now from the time he said he is coming but no show until now. Gas company came and and we call Reem we have warranty on parts but not labor. Hopefully he would reply with this. Thanks

My water heater was leaking and I called Fernando the owner of the company great guy he changed my water heater on a Sunday he immediately responded. Great price cleaned up after his work and I would recommend this guy for any plumbing needs.

My water heater burst and I call this guy and he came right away, gave me a really low price to replace it, they did a really clean job. I highly recommend this guys

As the last review mentioned, Fernando will call you back immediately. He alway responded quickly, until I was calling to tell him, that the toilet he ""fixed"" was still leaking and the drain he ""unclogged"" was still clogged. Then he gave me the run around, never answered or called back.

The story:
The owner of my rental had several plumbers come out and write up estimates. I told the owner I didn't like Fernando, he seemed shady to me immediately but he must have quoted the least cause, the owner hired him. I had several issues and I told the owner that Fernando's quote didn't even include all of those things, cause he wasn't listening to me. He spoke at me, not to me. I have a feeling he treats women in this manner. I could be wrong maybe he just thinks he is superior to everyone, but I think it's the former. At one point I showed him another toilet in my home that was rocking and required us to hold the lever down for too long, in order for it to flush. Guess what he said to me, it went something like ""Oh that's normal, and these type of toilets require you to hold the lever down for a bit."" While he was saying that, he put the lid down and read the name of the toilet and said ""Yeah, these Mansfield toilets are know for flushing slow."" WHAT, at this point I just wanted this guy and his crew of 5 or people to gtfo of my house.
He replaced the wax ring in my other bathroom and the toilet was once again leaking a couple of days later. I didn't use the toilet for the remainder of the day, allowing the culk to dry, so I know I wasn't the cause. What kind of a plumber can't replace a wax ring properly? Not a good one, if you ask me.
He also unclogged my fil's bathroom sinks. The other plumber my landlord sent over knew immediately that the sinks needed more than a snake run through them. Fernando clearly didn't. The sink was clogged by the next day.
I called Fernando and left a message and sure enough he called me back quickly. I'm certain he thought I was a new customer. I could tell by the sound in his voice he didn't like that I was telling him he had to come and fix what he had been paid to fix. He said he would come out the next day, again he sounded irritated when I asked what time frame. He was to come between 2-6. Guess what? He never showed and from then on, he avoided my calls. The owner of my rental had the same luck, Fernando refused to answer. Well until the owner called from a different number. Then he answered, and said he would call me. And guess what? Again nothing, no call, no visit, nada. How's that for shady?
After he left, I went over to Lowes and bought a wax ring and some internal parts for the toilet he claimed was normal in rocking and not flushing. I took the toilet off and repaired it. Guess what? Not only was what he said wrong, that toilet is not leaking. The toilet this girl fixed is fine, while the one the plumber fixed wasn't. What a joke.

The only other review here seems suspect, notice how much they repeat FM Southern Custom Plumbing. I call BS on it. And suggest you look elsewhere for a plumber.

I understand that there will be occasions when something repaired by any contractor will fail, that's 100% acceptable. What's not acceptable is when the person who has been paid to repair it, doesn't stand by his/her work and forces you to spend your time waiting on them, or calling them repeatedly. Or documenting the whole ordeal so that you may dipute the charges.
