They were assigned by my home warranty company. They came out said I needed more work but never came back. After 2 weeks of waiting and several attempts at calling and texting them,I had to have the home warranty send another plumber out to finish the job but on assessment from the new plumber they said that work was unnecessary and were perplexed as to why FM gave that assessment of the problem. So Beware as these guys are not honest and will ghost you.

Had my waterheater installed 3/18/25. The Technician Jesus/Mario did a great job. Yes would highly recommend if you ever need your waterheater installed. Thank you FM ENTERPRISES LEGACY PLUMBING!

Great people from phone calls to technicians. Was kind of nervous after reading the reviews here but they were efficient and friendly! Would definitely recommend!

This is legacy Plumbing. Horrible service. 2 weeks ago they came and said they changed a cartridge in faucet. Still bad. Called them back. Mario came at 1pm. Didn't have the cartridge. Went to home depot. 2 and half hours later I get a denial from AHS. Mario didn't have decency to call me. He lied. Called legacy. Got no call back. No wonder they work with home warranty companies. They are shit.

This plumbing company is a joke. They make appointments with you, then they DO NOT SHOW UP NOR CALL YOU.
I have called them 10 times between yesterday and today and they do not pick up their phone.
The only time they pick up their phone is when their third party American Home warranties calls then to give them new work orders.

BEWARE DO USE THIS COMPANY.

They were dispatched through First American Home Warranty. The technician didn't introduce himself upon arrival. Technician didn't know the contract. After he completed the estimate, he called and attempted to extort money from me thinking I was my 92 year old grandma, he'd seen at the house. The tech tried to get me to pay him an additional $250 for a stand and another $200-250 for installation, all of which were covered by the warranty. The office admin called and quoted the actual fee of $468 (upgrades to current requirements for a new water heater) and nothing else. Office admin stated I should've not been called and any monies due for service are written on the contract. I contacted the warranty for a different company and instead now they only want to send the money and refuse a second opinion. Do not use this company or First American Home Warranty. Any company that will attempt to extort and get over on a 92 year old will definitely lie to you about service needed. I would've given zero stars but it's not available. Lastly, the tech called again on Veterans Day asking if he could come out and do the replacement, before 8:30am.

*** Follow up. . . I was sent a different plumbing company and all I needed was a valve repair. Nothing out of pocket. My water heater was fixed in less than an hour and I didn't spend $.

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. They do low quality work. I'm still having a leak from the same pipe they have worked on 5 times. I've paid twice. Even though they were here 3 days ago they say I have to pay again because a valve that was fine 3 days ago is now ""broken"". When I called to complain the person answering the phone was curt and rude. Armand, Ignacio, and Manuel all worked on the pipe and it still leaks. Julian Lopez is the owner of this business. I have contacted a different plumber and am hopeful they will resolve the issue.
They also re-piped my house in between all this. They were late, left me without water for over 11 hours, and the re-piping of my kitchen pipes looks horrible. It's functional, but is unsightly. I will have a hard time selling my house when the time comes.
