Hello, my name is Brandon, and I love living in the FM area. As a veteran, I dedicated 10 years as an MP. I’ve worked in plumbing, drain cleaning, and home repairs for around 12 years, I am proud of the work I do and I focus on customer satisfaction. Alice E.Monday morning woke up to find no running water. Was referred to FM Drain Cleaning & Service to check for frozen pipes. Brandon did come out same daily I called. Unfortunately, he did not fix the problem and I was charged $675!! The only thing I could tell that he did was take a phone video of the leak. I did attempt to dispute the charges but after his harassment towards me, my son and a friend I felt forced to drop the dispute. I can not speak to the quality of his workmanship since he didn't fix anything but I can speak to his charges - he is over priced! $150/ HR and says he has a coworker with him that gets paid $150/hr. So, $300/hr!!! I would not recommend him.
