Alice E.Monday morning woke up to find no running water. Was referred to FM Drain Cleaning & Service to check for frozen pipes. Brandon did come out same daily I called. Unfortunately, he did not fix the problem and I was charged $675!! The only thing I could tell that he did was take a phone video of the leak. I did attempt to dispute the charges but after his harassment towards me, my son and a friend I felt forced to drop the dispute. I can not speak to the quality of his workmanship since he didn't fix anything but I can speak to his charges - he is over priced! $150/ HR and says he has a coworker with him that gets paid $150/hr. So, $300/hr!!! I would not recommend him.
