Recommended Customer Reviews

We called Flynn's plumbing because they came highly recommended. They came out right away to assess our situation for a hot water heater replacement. I told Ken I had already bought the hot water heater, but everything else needed to be purchased, and some rerouting of the exit line. Had to be brought up to code. Ken took my email. He was very friendly but we never heard back from them. I wonder if he was mad because I brought my own water heater?? I waited three weeks called back left a message. Never returned my phone calls at this point where we are looking for another plumber. And that's too bad they came highly recommended by friends of friends!!

I have been using this company for 30 years. Family owned! Ken and Kelly are very personable. Ken will take the time to explain what your plumbing issue is and how it will be resolved.

Great service, my water heater went out,Ken explained everything in detail so I understood what needed to be done. He was efficient, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend Kelley Plumbing!!!

Ken was so helpful when I asked for information from a job he did more than a year ago! After many attempts, he managed to send the video he had made explaining where our pipes were so our current construction project could go forward. I'd use Flynn Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

We are now repeat customers, we've used him twice and he remembers us He is honest, affordable and gets the job done. We highly recommend him!

A few years ago I woke up to no hot water. Steve came out and replaced the thermocouple. Last year I noticed a wet carpet. Ken came out and determined there was a leak in the bottom of the tank. Luckily he could find a new tank of the same brand. Bradford and White. The tank is in a closet and barely fits through the door opening even with all the trim removed. Ken also installed a pan for the heater. I later installed an AC powered water detector and put it in the pan.
Just recently I had Ken put in 2 new Kohler toilets and replace all the bathroom faucets and shower and tub hardware. I supplied the hardware. He had to use an impact wrench to get one tub drain out. As he was turning off the water underneath for one faucet the handle broke off and water started spraying. Luckily, when he bypassed a foundation leak with PEX a few years ago he installed a valve in the wall that I had not enclosed yet. I quickly closed it. Not too much water escaped.
He even came back to give me tinted knobs for the shower control. They look much better than the original clear one.
Beside, he likes JBL speakers. :-)
Great business and owner.

Flynn Plumbing is truly an honest company operated by honest people. Today we woke up with no hot water. We called Flynn Plumbing and Ken was at our house in half an hour. Ken checked our water heater and found it was leaking. He repaired this leak quickly. Ken could have sold me an entire water heater and I wouldn't have known the difference. To me this is true integrity.
Thank you Kelly and Ken

We've had several issues taken care of by Flynn over the years. They are great with getting out here in a timely manner and do a great job of explaining and showing what the issue is that causes the problem. I also appreciate that while I'm not a plumber, I've always been spoken to without condescension or annoyance for questions, like often happens in other services. They came out once to assess a problem to which they didn't have an answer (ended up referring is to a septic place which ended up redoing the seepage pit) and only charged for the scope and not all the additional checking he had to do. Will definitely continue to use them.

The guy has come out twice now to our house. Both times, we were pleased--what he did fixed the problem. It is pretty clear he was not out to gouge us, our bill for a problem in the tub was $110. Of course if he wanted to charge more, he could have, I had no idea how to fix it, or what was wrong, for that matter.
