Had a urgent situation, very old hot water heater was leaking water steadily. I called Flynn's and left a message on answering service, and within 10 minutes Steve called me back. After a few questions, Steve explained he would stop by my house to take a closer look. He arrived to the house quickly, and within a few minutes determined a completely new hot water tank would be needed. Steve was highly professional, and walked me through the various options including pros and cons of different types of hot water systems. We agreed on which new system (electric hot water), and shortly after 2 additional technicians arrived to drain the old system and install the new one. Within 2 hours, we had our hot water back up and running (amazingly fast!!). Super clean work (see photo below), and the price was right as well. Will be calling Flynn's for all my future plumbing work- highly recommend!

Mr. Flynn helped us in the peak of this winter when our boiler died as huge crack developed due to excessive sub-zero temperatures. In spite of having many jobs with customers having similar issues, Mr. Flynn kept us in loop and got new boiler and replacement parts in record time! Really appreciate his professional approach and quality work.

Called and left a message 3 times.
They installed my water heater a few years ago and did a good job but maybe they're just too busy?! Dunno, but it's been quite frustrating and I'm giving my business to someone else

I have used Flynn Plumbing & Heating for several jobs both large & small. Clogged drains to replacement of a basement ejector pump. I have found them very responsive, fairly priced, and great to work with. Quality work. Clean. Affordable. I recommend them without hesitation and just called them again for another project.

My review is real. YELP should not have put it in the ""not recomended"" list. BTW, the other review is from Flordia and this business is in Mass. Clearly they selected the wrong Flynn Plumbing as they mention locations in FL.

Thomas Flynn came to replace old faucets and shower heads in my bathroom after I had remodeld the tiling and put in a new vanity and touchless toilet.Mr. Flynn did an incredibly fantastic job and charged a very reasonable rate.I have used other plumbers in Sun City center,however Mr. Flynn will be the ONLY plumber I would even consider hiring in the future.An added bonus was the fact he was just an honest very good man who came almost immediately and did a thorough job and his 35 years of experience were evident.I subsequently called Tom to work on my touchless toilet and after he tried everything,I had to return the toilet to Lowes and Ton Flynn refused to accept even 10 dollars for gas.This man is great and I am not easily pleased.I couldn't possibly rate him higher.
