David was able to come out within a few days. He was on time. He was able to video my project on spot and show me the issue. He provided a complete, detailed and very reasonable bid. He arranged for appropriate permit, inspection and completed the project within a few days.
A general plumber had bid the same job at considerably more money and had not discussed the need for permits and inspection at all.
David also communicated very well. I was really happy with his service.

Our pipes froze while we were on vacation over Christmas. When we came back, we found our well house totally flooded with at least 12 linear feet of exposed pipes needing to be replaced. Bryan was the only guy who was willing to come out on New Years Day to fix the issue, no holiday surcharge, and he did an incredible job. Highly recommend using him in the future.

My water heater started leaking a few weeks ago. I'd been getting really outrageous quotes from other places and from the reviews, they didn't do a really good job anyway. This guy didn't just come right out to take a look and give me a free quote, he gave me a ""reasonable"" quote and said it was all inclusive (something the others didn't do (big box and big name)) and he didn't try to charge extra-extra money for the expansion tank! He was on time, professional (and so was his apprentice), explained everything and did a fabulous job. Then he cleaned up and left me with a one year personal warranty if anything happened. 24/7. I love this guy!!! He's getting all my business from now on, and if anyone asks, he's also my #1 recommendation. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He's old-school, in the very best way.
