Best drain cleaner ever! We have a blockage in the main sewer line, we tried snake it, but doesn't work. Another plumber came and tried to snake it for an hour and half, he gave up and left. When that happened, I was like..ahhhh! . Ok, the next cleaner better use something different than snake, otherwise, what was the point of hiring someone who can't do the job and still gets paid??? I called multiple companies, either they didn't pick it up or said they are all booked up. Flush right drain cleaning pick up the call right away, and came over within the hour. He immediately went up to the roof, find the air vent to the main sewer line and hydro jetted the main sewer line. From his arrival, climbing up the roof, set up, cleaning drain, took less than 15 minutes!!! Pricing is competitive, as other companies quote me for $600 and up for hydrojet. I will always call them from now on! So happy I found a company for my future sewer problems. I know that sounds strange, but if you experience sewer water flooded your bathroom and have a different plumber giving up on your sewer, you would be happy to find this company. I should have called them first!

We had a severely clogged outdoor drain that hasn't been draining for years. We hired 3 different drain cleaner in the past and no one was able to unclog or find where the issue was, when it rains hard our backyard would flood so bad and overflow into the pool. now it's almost rain season again I decided to give it another try and found Albert - Flush Right. He showed up and within hours of using hydrojet and snake camera, he was able to pinpoint the main cause - a large and web of roots cracked the main drain pipe, luckily it was under the grass area. It took him 2 days of work to unclog, clean, replace the pipe, then repave the grass.

If you have a problematic drain, give them a call. Albert will not give up until it's fixed.

I give three stars because their response time was very quick, and as a consumer, that is something I find to be appreciated and very professional. However, I was quoted $375.00 to unclog a drain, and that is very expensive. I found someone who did it for $120.00 and they showed up within the hour. I'm not saying that this is a bad service, but if you're on a budget, you might find their services to be costly.

Update: (After receiving a text and message from the company on my personal number and on yelp) I have read your response to my review, and even received the text that was sent to my personal phone number. I didn't appreciate the text I received to my personal number, especially after commenting on how I had originally found your response to be professional. Texting my personal number to complain about my review and messaging me on yelp telling me ""what the hell"" is very unprofessional.

I was tempted to change my review to one star because of that, but I stand by my first review of my interaction with your business. I'm sure your services are amazing, but you didn't offer me any affordable options. You also didn't give me any options of selecting a service for my problem. I understand that you offer ""hydro jet pipe cleaning with warranty and camera service"" but is all of that necessary for a simple clog? The answer is ""no"", what you wanted to charge me for is overkill.

You also complained to me that you even responded ""on a Sunday"" but you advertise the hours of service to be ""24 hours"" so your complaint to me about replying to a customer on a Sunday is irrelevant. If you want to act as if you were doing something extra for me because it's a Sunday, then perhaps don't advertise your services under the 24 hour moniker.

I'm all for supporting small businesses, but my original review to your company was not mean spirited or untruthful, and did not warrant such a hostile response from your company. Your response does not entice me to pursue your services in the future, or recommend you to family or friends.

I hope your company learns from this, and thrives and becomes extremely successful. But please don't harass a person for a three star yelp review. You run a business and should be better than that.
