Albert literally saved Christmas! Out of all the days for your septic system to act up and spit out gross, scummy water Albert came to help fix that just in a matter of minutes. Knowing it's Christmas Day we were trying our luck to see if anyone could come out & Flush Right came in so clutch. He was responsive, professional, friendly, timely, & honest. Within an hour or so he was in and out & helped unclog the pipes, all for a reasonable price. Thanks for saving the day, specifically Christmas Day!!

My kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were clogged. Albert and Dereck were responsive to my call. They left a courtesy text message that they will be running late, which I appreciate. Within 15-20 minutes, they cleared the clogged by hydrojetting the pipes.

Flush Right Drain Cleaning is the best of the best! We had a very complicated septic tank nightmare going on and Albert worked amazingly hard to resolve our problems.

We knew where chamber 1 was located, but did not have any idea where chamber 2 or other components would be found in the yard. He used his camera to trace the locations of chamber 2, a distribution box, and two seepage pits. All of these locations had to be excavated, pumped, and risers installed for all openings. We opted to have him install a new distribution box, just so everything was up-to-date.

Albert is extremely knowledgable and the hardest worker I have ever seen!
If you have a septic or drain issue, I strongly encourage you to give him a call.

This is an update on my last review on this company. Today, we called them at 5pm again, (for the 4th time) to help us with a clogged toilet/ shower, Albert turned up (1.5 hours late) at 8:00pm and hydrojetted my bathroom pipe and then pumped out our septic tank for a total of $1075. We asked them if they could give us a loyal customer discount, the woman, Albert's partner, flat out refused and was NOT nice about it either. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300.

To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service.

My final words to this company (mostly to the mean woman calling the shots), if you're going to overcharge your customers, the least you could do is be NICE to them.

I found this reliable and fast service. Albert is the best. I initially had an issue with my pump and Albert came to the rescue. It was a Sunday and to top it off it was late night. He came and told me our pump gave out. He had all my issues solved and we were back up and running within 24 hours. New pump and all! For all your plumbing needs please don't hesitate to call.

Extremely fast and quality service. I sought out this company's service because I was in the process of installing a new toilet and I have an older house that doesn't have a sewer clean out so, it was difficult to determine where the drain pipes where approximately.

Albert was able to find them in less than 15 minutes. He was even able to tell me how far deep the pipes where, what material they were made out of, and in what the direction the water was flushing towards without needing to go into through the toilet or through another flush out drain. He is very knowledgeable in his work and all too familiar with the plumbing systems of La Puente. And, I imagine all of SGV.

Our main pipe clogged and the house was flooding/over flowed in all the toilets and showers. I was panicking and reached out to a bunch of plumber. No one responded but flush right. He was able to come out in 30 minute on a Sunday night, which I really appreciate. He went above and beyond to help us figure out the problem! Great service. Would totally recommend.
