Our kitchen faucet broke and started to leak into our basement. We found Flush on Yelp. We called at 8am and they were here before 1pm. Everything was fixed by 2pm and we have a lovely new faucet. Thanks Flush!

Great experience recently using Flush! Called them at 11am Saturday and Darron came out by 1pm to fix a sink drain issue. He was very helpful, gave good advice, and got the job done quickly. The cost was more than fair, especially for a weekend and on such short notice. I will use Flush for any plumbing issues in the future, and highly recommend them if you need a plumber! Don't hesitate!

Darron is the best! Very responsive, professional and prompt, even on Sunday during a Bears game! He came out twice to Buffalo Grove to get the sewer line rodded. Hope it doesn't happen again soon, but now I know who to call.

I called yesterday and was told a technician would call be back. Darren called right back and said he could be out in 1-1.5 hours. Shortly after that he called again and said he'd be over in 30 minutes. He quickly resolved the backup issue and didn't try to make the problem to be worse than it was. Great company! Highly recommend it!

Great service from the office and from Darren himself. Have had them do sewer work at my house and plumbing work at my mom's and they did great work every time. In addition, Darren was very courteous and understanding with my mom, a senior citizen who can be easily confused.

Two star for promptness of service. Darren came promptly but he quoted $465 to replace a main sump pump. Now consider that decent sump pump can be purchased for $150 on Home Depot and installation usually takes less than an hours (that's how long it took for my friend of friend who came to install it). His rate would be $300/hour and that seems high. Our back up pump was functional but he scare my wife that if it rains, we're screwed. Well, I ended up spending $350 including $85 charge by Darren. Just watch out for such tactics.

My sewer line was plugged on a Friday afternoon and I had out of town guests coming that evening. I made a lot of calls to try to get someone to come out and clear the line. Flush Plumbing & Sewer was the only company that I got a live person on the phone. They told me they couldn't get there on Friday, but they could be there first thing in the morning. As promised they showed up at 8:30 AM and cleared the line within an hour. They then explained what had happened and recommended installing an outside clean-out so they could clear the line better. I called other pumping companies and they agreed with their recommendation. In the end, they showed up on time, fixed the problem, explained the situation, and charged a fair price. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

About 2 weeks after moving in to my new house, the sewer backed up. This is probably because the house was empty for so long and the tree roots grew into the sewer or something. When I called, the person answering was personable and scheduled me right away for the plumbers to come out to my place the next day and take care of the issue. Two guys came, were professional and knowledgeable. They had to roter root(????) my sewer lines and it was successful. They also recommended some things to think about for the future because the way our lines were routed. I appreciated the education and the recommendation.
