Requested a quote and received an immediate response. A price was quoted- and Chris even proactively offered me a coupon! Rich and Alex were able to squeeze me in between appointments (the week of Christmas), so they were out within an hour of the first response. They provided me options to replace my garbage disposal and after we determined a plan they fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Both were polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

I had a somewhat complicated plumbing issue between my and the neighbors unit. Their response was quick and on time - the COVID masked technician Larry arrived and quickly recognized the problem and made quick work of an unpleasant problem and gave excellent follow-up advice. I give my strongest recommendation to Larry and Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers.

While it is true that Chris, the owner, answered the phone quickly and was able to send a plumber the next morning, that is the extend of what went right.
I removed my old toilet and wanted a plumber to set my new toilet because there were plant roots growing around the flange. I am pretty sure that is not good. I received an email with a quoted price of $199. However, when Larry arrived, he told me it would be $299. After some texting and after I showed Larry the email I had received from the owner (Chris), he said he would do it for $199. Then, he made no explanation regarding the plant roots, instead just saying ""its fine"" and squirting bleach cleaner on it. He jammed the new toilet on. Larry did not level the toilet base (the previous toilet had a few shims) nor did he level the tank. Instead, when I pointed out that the tank was crooked, Larry became upset and said that was because my floor was not level. This was not true. After Larry left, I was able to see what the problem was: the tank was not set straight on the tank! Also, he set the toilet so that the tank rests against the sheetrock behind the toilet. Not good.
I called Chris (the owner) and asked that he send another plumber the following day to fix the problems left by Larry. Chris told me the reason Larry did not do things properly was because he was afraid I was going to give him COVID (I was wearing a mask and had every window in the house open). Further, I would have to deal with angry Larry...again. Larry came the next day and tightened the tank hold-down-bolt further, but did not fix the issue of the tank against the sheetrock.

All in all, my experience was very unpleasant and I would never call this company again. Also, BEWARE, that Scottsdale Rooter also goes by the names FLUSH KING and DONNY'S PLUMBING. A little suspicious to have three names for the same company with the same phone number.

Chris and Rob were great! We had a leak in our front yard. Came out within an hour of our call on a Sunday and replaced what was broken. We ask for additional help in replacing the hose bib and the water main line to the house. Great pricing too!

Waste water started breaking up in both sides of the kitchen sink after a few days of slow draining. I knew my line needed to be snaked.

I called Scottsdale Rooter Service/ Flush King and they had a technician at my house in less than 30 minutes.

They tech was fast, friendly, professional, and masked.

My drain pipes were cleared and my drains are working fast and back to normal.

Highly recommended.

I received a response through Yelp from Chris late Thursday night as I needed to schedule a plumber to check out an emergency situation early Friday - great communication.
On Friday morning, I received a call and a text from Rich to say he was on his way - courtesy that I really appreciated! He arrived at my property and quickly diagnosed the issues. He then clearly provided work options for my consideration, solved the plumbing issues and referred me for restoration services . The whole time I felt like he was advocating for me, and taking care of a tough situation. Rich was looking out for my best interest, and before leaving, he took a look around and spotted several connections and potential issues that could be my ""next emergency."" He provided me with great advice and what to expect, and estimates for the work. He didn't push anything on me, but instead explained it to me like he was my older brother and wanted to help me look out for issues. Really made me feel comfortable and confident in how to proceed. Very responsive, provided great information, skilled plumbing service and made me feel comfortable to move forward. Loved that! When was the last time you could say that about a plumber?

They came the same day under the name Flush King Plumbing. Not sure what the name difference is other than you get different reviews for the two companies. Chris from Scottsdale Rooter did answer my call and sent Robert who was excellent. Did a great job troubleshooting two separate issues. He repaired them thoroughly and inspected all work with the greatest of care. I knew he wasn't leaving without making sure everything was perfect. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for same-day service. I will be calling them for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Great however they are Flush King which was confusing why it's a different name. But fantastic service! Chris and Larry are great to work with . Larry is so professional and really takes the time

I called these folks (BTW, also known as Flush King) on a Friday afternoon when my hose bib broke. It was soldered on, so I could not replace it myself. I called and Rich and Alex came about an hour later. They fixed it for a flat fee, parts included. They did a great job. They asked if there was anything else that needed work while they were there. I had old valves on the toilets with plastic parts that had always concerned me. They offered a flat fee to add it on and I took them up on it. Again, they did a fantastic job, quickly and professionally. They even replaced some parts on the toilets for no extra cost. I highly recommend this company and in particular Rich. Honest service people are hard to find!
