My water heater decided to crash on Christmas Day with 5 holiday guests and 10 coming for dinner. Larry seemed to show up instantly to ensure we could all take showers before the other guests arrived. He removed and replaced the water heater quickly but after a couple of hours we still had no hot water. He came back to the house at 3pm to asses the problem and ended up having to fix my electrical box which was clearly not in his job description. His family had to enjoy their Christmas plans without him. He was kind and never once complained about missing the festivities. Larry, you are amazing!!!

I own a rental condo in Tempe and got the Saturday evening phone call from my renters that the upstairs sink was overflowing. Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers apologized that they wouldn't be able to get there that night but could at 8 am the next morning. This suited me perfectly. My renters and I were both thrilled with the service, the patience of the plumber in answering our questions, and the cleanup done after the totally nasty plugged drain was opened up. They will be my go to plumbers from now on!

My first call to Rooter was at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. By noon a brand new water heater had been installed, the old unit taken away, and with a very competitive price. Can't ask for anything more.

I only hung up on you when you called me SCREAMING at me for leaving you a negative review. Three times. And then I blocked you. And virtually none of what you wrote is in fact true. But nice try. You should consider a career in fictional writing. You're way better at it than you are at plumbing or customer service. Funny...a real plumbing company showed up and hour later and fixed the clog in 20 minutes and charged me $47. You quoted almost $300!!! And they warranted the work for 30 days like all reputable companies do.

Woke up to a busted hot water tank on Sunday before Christmas. This couldn't have happened at a worse time as we had family from out of town staying with us. Chris answered the call and let me know Larry would be at my home to inspect and repair. Larry arrived sooner than expected and changed out our water tank in a couple hours.

Larry was a professional. Clean, courteous and answered all our questions. If I need a plumber, these are the guys I will call.

I had an emergency when my water pressure reducing valve died on me...and without it I had 100psi water pressure shooting into my house. I needed to replace it ASAP or risk all sorts of water lines popping in the house. This company at arrived within two hours and replaced the failed unit in the dark. Chris and team did a great job for me. I needed some major work that ranged from a sink leak to a sewer line replacement that required digging through my concrete floors. I was very appreciative that they were willing to work through the weekend to get the job done. They were prompt, meticulous in sealing off the work areas in my kitchen and family rooms and cleaned the work area daily.
