Finding services in Scottsdale/Phoenix is easy thanks to YELP but you still do not know what you are getting until you experience the service of the company you have contacted. Do reviews help? YES, but can you trust them? That is for the consumer to determine. What I ask you to do is contact me directly regarding this review if you like. Due to the OUTSTANDING service I experienced (and it is rare with plumbers), I will detail more with you.
I searched YELP for a recommendation and ping'd the 3 to 4 companies recommended at one time. I received a very quick response from Chris with Flush King Plumbing (AKA Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers). Chris sent a text with a confirmation to call and discuss my job. Small job planned (toilet flange replacement) and Chris responded to my text at 9pm (not expected). Very prompt and clear communication to what I should expect for cost. Sounded reasonable so we booked for the next day. Chris' team member showed up on time, clean, with a C-19 mask and booties to enter my home. Found out the existing flange could be salvaged so I had him put in my new toilet (which I was planning to do). Reasonable cost for the service call. Great install (and caulking) of the toilet. I asked the tech about a plan to replace my water main from the street to my home based on concern regarding the noted sub-par quality of pipe my builder (Monterey Homes) installed during my home construction (1994). Not an issue but a preventative maintenance question as to not come home one day to a replica of the Fountain Hills fountain in my front yard. An expensive preventative maintenance plan but probably time to change due to age. Tech advised I speak with Chris regarding their services for main water pipe replacement. Chris met me at the property (service!) to walk the proposed job and quote based on run. I bit the bullet to change out before a problem occurs and we set a date to schedule the main water line replacement. Date was met with Chris' crew arriving on-time to start the digging and job schematic. His guys were AWESOME! Friendly, answered all my questions and was professional at all times. They worked from 7am to 2pm on the project and finished, cleaned and had my front yard looking like new! What a great and pleasant experience from a plumbing company! Not expected but definitely much appreciated. Chris runs the company and he has real heart and passion for customer service. Flush King is now my GO-TO plumber when I need help! Great job Chris. Sadly woke up this morning to find a pool of water in our living room. Called straight away and had Larry here within the hour on a Saturday morning. Larry was very knowledgeable of the issue and had the broken pipe taken care of cleaned area within an hour. Couldn't praise Larry or Flush King enough for their amazing service. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

My tenant informed me toilet was rocky. I called flush king to get it taken care of. I was given a quote to replace flange or replace toilet, included in the flange. Additionally, I was given a set time frame for arrival, of which, I informed my tenant. My phone was not working well (haven't replaced due to pandemic) I asked to communicate via text/email.

Tech arrived 90 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to stop my work day, contact tenant, and have her rush back to allow plumber in. I requested plumber return during scheduled time, rather than agreeing, he indicated he would wait for tenant to return. I wasn't fond of this as it's frankly strange to have a man waiting around a property.

They gave me a full plumbing inspection to what amounted to $2600 worth of work. I sent it to plumbers in area I normally use but was out of town and they indicated the costs were extremely exaggerated and duplicated in some areas.

Plumber then left without doing a thing because I hadn't paid and I had ""not responded"" although I have evidence I responded in my text to proceed with toilet replacement. I understand a deposit but they wanted full payment for flange AND toilet replacement. Upon informing them that they were charging me for both flange and toilet, and toilet replacement should include flange, they revised their quote. Still, not providing the yelp discount they ultimately provided.

They replaced the toilet, didnt tell me they left loose tile. I heard from my tenant 24 hours later as she wanted to make sure I was aware. It was then that I was informed that the subflooring had water damage and I needed it fixed as new toilet would otherwise rock and break causing further dama he. Confused right? Install a toilet on floor that's not safe??? They told me the sub flooring was wet and needed full restoration. Mind you sub flooring is not their experience.

I call the water restoration company who says their is no water damage. I call the flooring company, who lays tile down immediately- removes a toilet that shouldn't have been installed in the first place. Flooring company finished work within 24 hours without a single hassle.

I text plumber asking to return the set toiet again. ""Has flooring been installed"" well obvious why would I otherwise ask them to return? Plumber returns the next day. Asks me to call him via landline- again my audio is barely working and phone disconnects after I say *fudge* Tells me the pump is broken on toilet and would cost another $349 to fix- and this is the trickiest. He LEAVES. No answer. Had I not contacted the flooring company and their gracious coverage of work that I PAID THEM FOR, they took ownership. I don't believe this was right in any way. Flush king should have fixed the pump due to the faulty install.

Their technician Rich takes no accountability and blames the customer- EVERY SINGLE TIME. No sorry for the arrival outside the window no sorry for installing without telling you it was dangerous to install, no sorry for installing and leaving tile there with no communication, or sorry for disturbing tenant many times. He insisted he practiced with integrity every time, but guess what? This time this client is confused and requesting answers. Instead- I receive a final notice that says the work is no longer a two year warranty- when originally finished it was warrantied and a notice that says that THEY contacted the flooring guy. They took advantage of the flooring guy - whom not once did I have an issue with. It wasn't even the owner of flush king who was a horrible communicator- owner of fish king was great and action oriented.

Wish for my funds returned due to no warranty and the endless hours the lack of coordination took from my clinic day- as I am volunteering my time to help patients right now- unpaid yet I was expected to be available on their time frames rather than the scheduled times.

Called for a non emergency appointment and they came out the same day to fix a washer drain issue. I also asked them to look at the shower to determine the loss of water pressure when when adjusting it hotter. They fixed the washer drain issue and also took the shower valve apart and determined that the cartridge needed to be replaced. They were good about ordering the new cartridge and was able to get it under warranty and shipped directly to my house. They said to call when the cartridge arrived and they would install it for $249. I thought they charged a lot to unplug my washer drain during their original visit and to also look at the shower issue so I was not inclined to pay $249 for them to come out and install a cartridge that could be done for a lot less. As it turns out, I installed the new cartridge and was not the issue. The other that I had was that they showed up during the pandemic and entered the house without shoe covers or masks. They also made a big pitch on trying to get me to purchase a new water system. In sum, I would go with another plumbing service. I believe you can get much better value and expertise with someone else.

Update: Respectfully dispute the response provided by the owner concerning accuracy. My experience was hopefully just a one off and I wish Flush King the best.

I am so excited! No one seemed to be able to figure out how to install and water softener or filtration system for me in my condo. Within minutes of Flush King coming out, they had it figured out without hesitation. Amazingly, they had availability to do an install the very next day. I now have a wonderful new hot water heater and filtration system. My shower felt different immediately. Thank you all so much for providing a quality product, qualified installers, professional in every way. Rich, Chris, Armando and Alex are friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. They had to move my washer and dryer to do the install. As you can imagine the flooring under the units had not been cleaned in a long time. Before putting units back into place they cleaned the floor. What fantastic service. Thank you. I will definitely recommend Flush King and use them again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future.

Excellent! We had to turn off my water due to a leak. We have a home warranty company but they couldn't get any of their contractors out fast enough (not fun living without your water on) so after a lot of complaining to the warranty co about how urgent it was the warranty co allowed me to pick a company of my choosing which is great because the ones they send out aren't always that great most of the time. I called Flush King and Chris answered right away. He was so nice and helpful. Larry came out an hour and a half later and was so nice and professional. I had another issue he noticed outside and he fixed that too. I am getting reimbursed by the warranty co but their pricing is fair and they were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Will not use again just found the owner highly unprofessional as a business owner. He brags about his Yelp ratings but honestly not sure how he got those. He will jump at the opportunity to do work without providing a quote. It just doesn't work that way. Ill call Pink Plumbing first.

Chris and Flush King are great! Chris was early for the inspection and quickly got everything done, then clearly explain everything and all of my options. He was even willing to spend more time talking with me later that night to answer some more questions from me after 5.

Chris, the Owner, came out because I had a main sewer line from clean out in backyard to the alley behind my house not draining properly. I searched for a plumber starting at 1 pm and Chris was at my home by
3 pm! He looked at problem and listened to every thing I had to say and started working on it immediately! He was very professional and had a great attitude ! He didn't try to sell me anything or try to up sale the situation. He attempted to snake the line 3 times and also used a Blow Bag but could not clear line. He then put his camera down line and located where the pipe was broken. The price was very reasonable and I had No problem paying him for his time and effort even though he couldn't get the line clear! I would Highly Recommend this company to anyone in need of a Quality Plumber!
