Our kitchen sink was backing up into our bar sink. I called two other plumbers, who said they could schedule me 2-3 days away. I called Dan's, and I was told the price to snake the drain and that someone would be to my house in about an hour. Riccardo showed up right on time. I told him I was concerned about a dirty mess under our brand new kitchen cabinets. He assured me that he was very good and careful.

The whole job took about an hour, and Riccardo left everything spotless. What a delight to have a company do exactly what they say they are going to do, with no surprises. They beat my expectations. I'm sure I will be using their services again in the future.

David and Victor from Dan's Dirty Drains were very efficient and knowledgeable in replacing my defective garbage disposal. It took around an hour and they had the new disposal operational. They even helped clear some grease build-up in the disposal drain.

I'm renting a home that had a really old shower that did not work.. it was rusted and it was in no condition to be used. They came in and replaced all of the parts and checked to make sure that there were no leaks. They were very professional and explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. They were even kind to my dog. They let me know when they would be turning off the water and kept me in the loop. Aside from that they worked rather quickly! I would definitely recommend them

I usually only leave a review if something is really bad or really good. DDD falls into the latter. Had a leaking toilet valve start Friday afternoon - progressed to get quite bad by Sat am. Home insurance was taking too long to get someone out so I came on yelp to see if I could find someone for same day. Found two co's who could come out. Dan was $75 less and could be out sooner than the other co - less than 2 hours. Don't be concerned by the good prices. The quality was top notch. Dan and Dave both came for what could have easily been a 1 man job. They fixed the valve in 5 minutes, gave me a card for someone who could fix the water damage and answered questions my wife and I had about some other plumbing issues. Also - I don't know if there's any difference in scope between a plumber and drain and sewer specialist, but I'm confident if something was out of their scope, they would let you know and point you in the right direction.

I am absolutely happy with the service provided by Dan's. I submitted a request for quote on Yelp and less than 10 minutes later I was messaged back. Very fast response. I was a little hesitant at first because they had only 4 reviews. But I did notice that they are a fairly new business so I took that into consideration and I am so glad I went with them. I checked out their website and felt really comfortable with what I saw and read regarding their experience. I certainly prefer to support local small businesses if possible especially in the times we're living in. I called Dan on Sunday at 9:30 am and by 12:30 pm the job was handled. My outside water spigot broke off at the pipe connected to the wall and I was super stressed out and worried about water damage and how expensive it would be to fix. This happened on Saturday night and I had to turn off main water valve so we had no water until it could be repaired. I waited to call someone the next day because I was scared how much the cost would be for emergency repairs on a weekend night. Dan contacted me within minutes of my Yelp request and quoted me over the phone with pictures I provided by text. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He checked it out confirmed the repair and gave me a plan of action. He came back with assistance and they were done within minutes. True to his estimate, which was very reasonable, I wasn't hit with unnecessary repairs, costs or fees. I had other estimates over the phone that ranged any where between 100 and 200 more with cutting into my stucco. Dan was able to do the repair with very minor altering into the stucco around the pipe. I can patch that myself. He and his assistant were very professional and courteous. Being in customer service myself, i really take note of how I am treated especially under difficult circumstances. I will definitely be calling them back for future repairs and I cannot recommend them enough. I will be giving them a great review anywhere I can to help potential customers in their search for an honest and reputable business.

Our downstairs toilet was seeping water from the base any time water was being consistently ranned. It flooded out onto our living room floor & kitchen. We called Dan around 8:30 this morning he arrived at 9:30 am. He explained and showed me what the issue was and what caused it. He worked quickly to get it resolved. He is friendly and honest. We definitely will use his services again for any future plumbing we may need.
