Dan is really great! I requested a quote via Yelp, he got back to me very fast and I explained to him the best I could what was going on with my shower (I suck at explaining stuff and have no clue about the plumbing world lol). He was very patient, said he already had the parts and will bring it with him. He was here on time, very professional. Dan explained step by step what he was doing , and what was going on with my shower knob. He stood by to ensure it was working properly, and honestly it was working so much better than it was before. Thanks, Dan! 10/10 would recommend.

I asked Dan for a quote and he gave me a very fair price to perform an installation of two new toilets. Talking with Dan I sensed an ""honest"" plumber; quite unusual for Las Vegas! I told Dan to come over and do the installation. Dan arrived and was very courteous and respectful in all ways. He would keep me posted on what he was doing and would offer suggestions. No upsell, no rolling of the eyes, no change in the quote price, Dan is definitely the man I will call for any future plumbing issues.

Excellent service and fair pricing! I first reached out through Yelp to a couple of plumbers and Dan was the first one to respond with a quote. When asked for availability he said he was able to come to my house the same day between the hours of 12-2pm...just a couple hours after my first message with him!

Dan arrived during the estimated arrival time window and was very professional. My house had two clogged sinks and he was very helpful at letting me know what was going on. He unclogged one of the sinks and the other sink has more serious issues that require more work and time.

He explained what was going on with the pipes and what the work would be like to get the other sink working along with an estimate. I truly appreciate Dan taking the time to let me know what was going on and what's needed.

I definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. Dan is honest, hard working, and professional. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on!

Dan responded to my house on a work order through my warranty company for my disposal. He did not come under Dan's Dirty Drains, but under his family's company Tiburcio's Plumbing LLC. After years of unsatisfactory vendors being sent here from my warranty company (not just plumbing), I was pleasantly surprised with Dan.

First of all, response and scheduling was quick. I was given a window of 2p-4p, and Dan arrived early at 12p. For me, this is a star alone (just arriving at all.) Dan was cordial, clean, and knowledgeable about his craft. He took a few minutes to diagnose the issue, and immediately started in on replacing the disposal. Prior and during the replacement, Dan informed me of this product, and all of it's features. He worked quickly, and although I did not time him, seemed to be very, very quick from start to final signature. Obviously, I was very pleased with his work.

There was a small issue of vendor fee to be paid at time of service (that was no fault of anyone with this service call, except the people who didn't respond initially), and Dan handled it very professionally. I do not want to say how it was handled, because it really doesn't matter; however the way Dan handled it again was what was important to me as a customer.

I would definitely call on Dan for ANY plumbing issues, and would recommend him if you want a professional, clean, knowledgeable plumber. Until I use Dan again, I will have to hold on to that 5th star. But if his service is anything like how this call was handled, he would definitely get all 5.

Danny gets 5! No seriously this is the dude. I my sink stopped up and attempting to fix it myself,I made it worse. I called Dan and he didn't make a big deal about it being after hours, looked at it and said ""I can fix this"". In 20 minutes, I had my dink back, my wife was happy and it all came at a reasonable price. Thanks Dan. I won't ever try and fix it myself again and I won't call anyone else.

Great service and great price. After getting my toilets fixed 4 times and one month by three different plumbers I decided to call Dan. He came out a week ago fix my toilets and I haven't had a problem with it since. He's very friendly and I would definitely use him again.
