I called Marcos to come see about a leak. He checked our plumbing and found it needed lots of work. Marcos was very nice, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable.

We needed someone to locate a leak. We knew it wasn't a toilet, faucet or sink leak so we called a company and explained it wasn't a leak that was visible and needed detection. This company even had leak detection tools advertised on their yelp page. They came out and they couldn't find it. They did not have the tools advertised and said we needed professional leak detectors! Why waste your time and mine? They referred us to someone that could do the leak detection job. I called the referred company, located in El Cajon, and they charge over $200 to detect the leak. When I asked if they could apply this charge as credit if they ended up performing the necessary work they said ""no"" and I said ""no thanks"", and continued on with my search.

I then found Flush and Flow Plumbing on Yelp and was impressed by all their 5 star reviews. I called them on a Friday and they came out that very same day within 1-2 hrs. to do a leak detection. Not only was the cost for the leak detection less with them, but they were willing to apply it as credit if they did the job. They quoted a very reasonable price to do the slab leak repairs and even said they could start the job the very next day. On Saturday morning, the crew showed up ready to work! I asked when they would be finished and they said anywhere between 3 and 4. The slab leak was exactly where they said it was. They worked through it very neatly and professionally and were done by 3:30. My hubby and I are glad we found an honest company to get through this ordeal with. Definitely our go-to plumbing company from here on out! Thank you Flush and Flow Plumbing crew!

Great service by Marcos! We had water coming through our light fixture in our Condo's 1st floor bath during a recent rainstorm so we contacted our HOA and they thought it might be a plumbing issue. We didn't think it was the plumbing but we needed someone to check it so we could convince the HOA to get a roofing company to come out before the next rainstorm. Marcos was able to come out the next day and confirm that it was not a plumbing leak. We were having issues with moisture in our flooring as well so he checked for water leaks there. Marcos listened to my concerns and answered questions regarding potential plumbing leaks. He patiently explained the different types of possible leaks. He was respectful, professional and kind. As an older woman, I very much appreciate that...and he wore booties, yay!

During our home inspection, the inspector detected high content of moisture in our bathroom ceiling. The news bummed me out because I am in process on selling. I contacted Marcos at ""Flush and Flow Plumbing"" at 11 AM and by 2 PM on the same day, William the service tech showed up - concerned of our issue, then slipped on his ""shoe covers"" and anxious to start work. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional... and the information that he gave me was very helpful. He immediately found the source of problem, and cut-out a small opening in the drywall to better assess the leak as well as water damage. Then he explained the possible cause in laymen terms, and even pinpointed damaged components and seals. Since the source of the water leak was coming from the upstairs unit, we informed the owner upstairs. Then the owner called the Flush and Flow Plumbing to get a better understanding of the problem and immediately scheduled an appointment to fix. Both Marcos and William are really good at following up with their customers to ensure that they are never in the dark - I am no longer bummed-out, you guys are awesome! ¡Buen trabajo!

We had a leak in our house somewhere near our master bathroom. Of course we were leaving in a couple of days for vacation and we had to get it fixed ASAP. We turned the water off and started looking at Yelp for some 5 star plumbers, I read the reviews and decided to go with Flush and Flow. I called Marcos and he said that he could come out the next day between 1 and 3pm to fix the problem. We thought great, we can get it fixed, then leave for our trip the next day. So I called him the afternoon before he was supposed to come out to makes sure we were still on. He assured me he would be there between 1 and 3pm.

So the next day comes and it's 2:30 pm so I called to make sure he was still coming. The phone went straight to voicemail. I then called at 3:15 and again the phone went right into voicemail. I began to panic because we were leaving the next day and we had no water for the house.

We called our insurance company and they said they could not have someone out until the next day. The day we were supposed to leave on our trip.

Because of Marcos not calling and explaining why he didn't bother to show up, or even call for that matter. We had to postpone our trip, which cost us HUNDREDS of dollars in flight change fees and rental car change fees.

That's why I'm giving them 1 star

I have used flush n flow plumbing twice now . Once for myself and once for my grandparents ...Both times that I've had to use them the issues I was having was fixed right the first time .. nothing more nothing less ... I really liked that when we had called they had someone come out right away (we had an emergency ) they immediately assessed the problem, stopped it from further causing any more problems , repaired it, and cleaned the area up (5 stars) !!!! I highly recommend them. Thank you flush n flow for your help, work, n great customer service !! It's much appreciated !!

I was recently referred to Marcos for a drain line camera inspection for a home that I was purchasing. I spoke with Marcos, and he was able to complete the inspection the very next morning. He advised me that overall, there were not any major concerns, but that there were a couple of small issues I should consider having addressed. That very day, he provided me with a plan of action at an affordable rate, and didn't try to hit me with any unnecessary fixes. Thank you Marcos.
