I typically never write reviews. I had a problem with a bathroom drain at my dad's house. I'm very pleased with 911 plumbing. Arin answered the phone right away on a Sunday and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was reliable, prompt, and worked quickly. His pricing was reasonable too. I would definitely call him again when I need a plumber.

Initial call was to install a pressure regulator and release valve. A 3 hour window was provided and they gave me a call about 30 mins before the guys arrived. They arrived within the first hour of the window which allowed me to get on with my day.

After a quick inspection, they were able to give me a quote and explained the work that needed to be done. The quote was written up with details on what needed to be done and I was able to call later to schedule the actual work. Again, another 3 hour window was provided and after the courtesy call, they were again at the house within the first hour of the window.

Professional work, nothing is leaking. They guys were super nice and courteous. I would defo call them around again!

I had an an emergency today in the early hours. A toilet broke in my condo unit due to an accidental fall. Water leaked into the unit below. Calling Sunday morning is hard to find someone quick. When I left a message on 911's voicemail, I was surprised to get a quick call return from George. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back telling me I was next in line. George asked if I was buying the toilet or I wanted his plumber to bring one. I said to go ahead and bring one to make things faster. Greg arrived, took a look at the mess, and got to work. Greg was very polite and finished the job very quick. The bill I got was so reasonable and couldn't believe how low it was for such an emergency. I was very pleased with the service and fees, When I told the homeowner's association secretary about 911 Plumbing, she asked for the number to keep it for her files. I would definitely recommend George and Greg at 911 Plumbing! Thanks, Greg! Your great service allowed me to still have time to myself on my Sunday!

I called Arin when my parents rental property had the main line backed up after being referred to him by my condominiums HOA. He came within the hour on a Sunday night which I thought was amazing. The main line was backed up so none of the tenants were able to use any of their faculties. He was able to clean it out in about an hour and everything was back to normal. I would recommend him to everyone!!

We were digging in our backyard and hit the main water pipe and water was going everywhere. We turned the water off until Arin (the owner) came. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He came within 30 min of calling.. Repaired the pipe in a short amount of time. Very very satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone in need of any plumbing emergency or any other plumbing need.
