Terry T.Flush & Go came in October 2023 to pump our septic tank because of toilets gurgling. They pumped it out, but they told us there was sand at the bottom of our tank and we needed to get their bigger """"vacuum"""" truck to get it out, so they left a lot of gunk in the bottom of the tank. Now, February 2024, we heard gurgling again in our toilets and had to have the tank pumped again. Obviously we have a bad drain field which we are replacing. When this second company pumped our tank he was able to get almost to the bottom of the tank with hardly any sand left. Flush & Go should have been able to get more """"sludge"""" out if they had done the cleaning properly. Be AWARE of them telling you that you have too much sand and they cannot pump it out! They didn't know the difference between sludge and sand :-(((
Ki L.I am not sure if I can express how much of a runaround I was given by various plumbers, leak detectors, drain pump companies etc. , (and even the city). I wanted to give up the tedious attempt to find a reliable professional who wouldn't just take my money without a resolution to clear our line. Now, I'm so grateful that I found Flush and Go. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, transparent, took their time, and stopped at nothing to clear the line. This problem seems to happen at my home at an average of every 5 to 6 years so hopefully I won't ever have to call anyone for this issue again, but if I do, Flush and Go, is going to be the first that I call. He's going to add a camera soon, so that's even better! They saved the day, I highly recommend.
Lis Z.I had an order through AHS. This company called 4x, never left a message, and i had to call after 30 hours of no vm left. The receptionist scheduled same day and never showed up after confirming with the tech at 446pm they would be there. Called the receptionist the next morning and she had an attitude. Would not confirm if tech was coming today or not. Told me to call bk in am hour, called 12 x and the phone was picked up w call disconnected each time.
