In the process of selling our home, we found we had several plumbing issues that required repair including a leaking hot water heater. Our realtor recommended Fluid Plumbing. I was able to speak to someone on my first call (something I do not take for granted any longer). We talked about the work, and he inquired as to when I needed the work completed. Two plumbers came out the same day and completed all the work in one visit. Brian explained everything, and I really felt like I learned a lot during the service. He also managed to fix the leak without replacing the entire system. I really trust Fluid Plumbing's work and recommend them without hesitation. Based on the number of repairs done and the time spent, the cost was very reasonable. You might be able to find cheaper, but that was why we needed repair work in the first place. Also, both plumbers were just very nice and personable guys. We were glad to give them our business.

Brian has completed multiple projects for me when he worked for another firm before starting his own. I specifically asked for him because he is familiar with the condominium plumbing in my building, explains clearly what needed to be done, works neatly and quickly, and showed up on time. Those projects included replacing a water heater, fixing a condensate line leak from my AC, replacing a water shut off valve for my unit, fixing my backed up toilet, replacing a leaking pipe in the walls behind my kitchen cabinet, among others. Now on his own, Brian is still the plumber of choice for our condominium because of the knowledge he has developed about the way our lines flow and I will continue to use him based on my previous experiences with him.
