I was trying to get some non-emergency plumbing work done with my pressure regulator. I couldn't find anybody that would even give me a ballpark estimate over the phone. Then I found the reviews for Fluid Plumbing and Katie. She gave me a firm number over the phone AND said she'd so pick up the parts and come over ""right now"". 45 minutes later she was at my door and in another 45 minutes she was done. All my work was done in the garage so there was no mess so no issues there.

Katie is great - she came out in a Saturday to help us with a valve that was leaking in our shower - it's not like anyone likes calling a plumber ( add a weekend to boot) but she explained everything that needed to be done - she was such a nice lady to boot - edx really appreciates her helping us get our water back on ! I called in a panic as a random irrigation pipe in my backyard split and burst, Katie promptly calmed me down and walked me through turning off the water, identifying the irrigation connections, and over the phone and pictures via text, helped me quickly patch the situation before referring me to an irrigation expert.

She was calm and patient and helped me get things under control quick. Huge thanks from a new antsy homeowner!

I love having Katie as my Plumber. She is so honest and trustworthy. We have used her services in several occasions from fixing our garbage disposal to repositioning a sink and moving plumbing in my office and she has always done a great job. Katie is the best. She has done several jobs for me including handling two different emergencies: a leaking valve that controls water coming into house and a leaking, aging hot water tank. She works fast and clean. She has installed several new faucets and yesterday installed a water pump in my master bath that brings hot water to a walk in shower. I haven't been able to use it for a long time because it took so long for water to get hot. I am just too old to carry buckets of cold water to the yard while waiting for the water to get hot. She also updated all the valves under my sinks so I told her I hope to never see her again since all the plumbing work is complete. Actually, we have become friends and I consider her my daughter from another mother. Her parting gift was to introduce me to Mary, of Miss Sparky Electric.

I am giving a review today for this AWESOME plumber!! Katie is wonderful in so many ways. She is knowlegable with plumbing and goes above and beyond any plumber I have ever used before. She advises on what are the best parts to buy and why you should buy them. She complete 2 jobs at a rental proterty and went the extra mile and then went over to my house and helped with a toliet problem and didn't even charge me for the part she installed. She helped with calling a mfg that had a life time warranty on faucets and I am getting those new faucets for FREE!! She really know her stuff and you will not be disappointed if you call her for service. Thank you Katie!! Will be calling you soon for those other projects in my house soon. Marianne/Oceanside

Hardest thing about having people fix things in your home is you never really know if it's fixed right. So when you find someone you know has integrity and skill you hold on to them and don't use anybody else right? That's Fluid Plumbing! Work done right, on time, on budget...had them out a few times and always been very satisfied. Five stars.

Katie was very dismissive of me when I complained about one of her parts leaking. She told me to contact the manufacturer, that it wasn't her fault, and did not offer any other help. Worthless customer service!!! And crappy materials used!

Little Plumber Girl is a service not to use. The price was ridiculously high for a simple fix and the woman never explained her price vs. the time it takes. Hanna Plumbing is much more competitively and reasonable priced and explains what they're doing and the time it takes. Would never get service from Little Plumber Girl again. 0 stars is the only rating that applies.
