Requested installation of a water heater. The old one rusted out and leaked onto the floor. Jeff was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He recommended a high quality, affordable replacement. His son and nephew delivered the new heater within a few days and installed it in a few hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable, personable and explained steps that were required as the work progressed. Jeff even came out to personally introduce himself and to make sure the project was running smoothly. The work area and floor were cleaned thoroughly upon completion of the job. I used this company, which was unknown to me, for the first time. I was comfortable with my decision and would call them again for my plumbing needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough!! We had a huge plumbing issue in the backyard and Floyd's sent someone out same day take a look. They quoted us for 1/3 of what another company did to do the same job. Every employee and the boss were so extremely knowledgeable and friendly. THIS COMPANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! as a fairly new homeowner i am so happy I found this company.
I've used them 2 times so far, they will be my go to from here on out, and when anyone I know needs a plumber.
1st time I had a problem a company come out to my home and told me I had to break up my basement ground and re pipe the whole thing.
Floyd's asked for a pic and sent back... ""I can cut that off no problem and replace it w a new cap"" (Floyd's saving me thousands!)
my 2nd time i contacted Home depot about a new water heater and that was a rip off, they sent me to a 3rd party to get a quote and time set up, took a day for them to get back with me and the price was outrageous.
Floyds, they are very helpful, quick response, and the work was done well,and for less than home depot.
I've dealt Darryl and Chris and both are extremely nice.
they made my crappy situations much better, and knowing it was taken care of was a huge relief . thank you again!!!!

Our basement utility sink and drain were backing up one night. I used Angie's List to find some plumbers. Darrell called in literally seconds after I hit submit. He was quick, had competitive pricing, and seemed like a nice guy. Once he and one assistant got to my place later that day, they took care of the job promptly. His estimate was spot on. And he was a good guy to chat with - even if with it wasn't the best of circumstances. If I need plumbing help again - I will call DL Floyd back for sure.
