Our well was spewing water on a Saturday holiday weekend. They were able to come and fix it for us within several hours. Price was reasonable and Technician was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

The irony of this terrible review is that this business was recommended by a mutual friend. I had to call twice, 3 days apart, in order to get them to return my call. Once we spoke, I identified my problem and we set up an appointment for 8:00 am, 2-1/2 weeks away. (They were busy and my need was not critical.) I never received a call to confirm my appointment, but since this was my first dealing with them I figured it may not be their policy. (Most service companies call a day in advance to confirm the appointment.) The day of the appointment the plumber did not show up. At 8:30 am I called and left messages on 2 of their phone numbers. They never called me back and never showed up. It is now 3 days later and still no word. I called Meeks Plumbing and they are coming over tomorrow to do the job. I certainly will never call Floyd's Plumbing again and recommend that anyone reading this review not call them for service either.

Weird that this company got such a bad review by someone else. Floyd (Kenny) has been great to deal with on 2 occasions. He's returned my calls in a timely manner and even texted when he was running a few minutes late for an appointment. This is a small company so he probably gets pretty busy at times. But so far he's been good and I have no complaints.
