Outstanding service!!! We just had a toilet overflow while I was draining water from the kitchen sink. The problem was a backed up sewer line and we have a large backyard. The technician, Oleg, was fabulous! He was polite, personable, and efficient! I could not ask for better service and was so thankful to have the pipe cleaned out so ""everything"" could drain out of the house.

After a 56 hour wait, being ignored, my dis-satisfaction was justified, but I wasn't looking forward to yet another wait from a competitor. So, Update: The owner called us at 4PM CDT Sunday (today). Offered to come by in about an hour. He showed up promptly at 5:00 PM, and was finished (and cleaned-up) by 5:20PM. $85. He blamed his ""new system"" for our having been ignored. Where have we heard that before? But it could be. Nothing excuses the lack of good communication, but at least now we can wash dishes again, and we won't have to have drain service for another 5-10 years. Floyd's might not be my first call after this, but once the boss shows up, things work they way they were supposed to.

The service I got in west LAWRENCE was prompt and it worked! Super efficient. The service man- owner?- was very polite and worked quickly and fixed the problem easily.

Had a blocked sewer line on a Sunday night. Our home has an old house trap set up which can make having the lines cleaned out especially difficult. We called Flyod's on Monday morning and by 10:00 they had a worker by the name of Oleg at our door.

Oleg was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had the pipe cleared out in record time and explained the process throughout. I highly recommend Flyod's to anyone who needs their pipes cleared in the Lawrence area, doubly so if you have a house trap or other complicating issue.

I was gonna call one of those bigger outfits, but my dad recommended Floyd's. So I called at like 8:30 the morning after a holiday weekend, thinking it would be a couple days at least. But they called me right back and told me Alex would be there between 10-2. So I'm thinking it'd be like 1:30ish. He arrived at 9:50! He actually beat me home!!

Could not be happier. Alex was quick, thorough, personable and professional. Would DEFINITELY use again. Highly recommended!

My floor drain was overflowing with raw sewage and it was a Sunday morning. I had a bad feeling that either I would be unable to find an open business or I would pay through the nose to get it fixed. My plumber friend recommended Floyd's so I checked them out on Yelp. I noticed a couple negative reviews that had bad things to say about the answering service, but that aspect of the business was the least of my concerns so I called anyway. The lady at the answering service said somebody would contact me in 30 minutes, which they did. I spoke to a person named Jonathan and he and his coworker Alex came out about an hour later. They gave me a quote up front and had the drain cleared in less than 45 minutes. My cleanout valve is in my basement and they laid out a tarp to keep the area clean. There was a clog in the line about 45 feet away from my house that was causing the problem. Nice guys and they got the job done quickly for well under $200 which was cheaper than I expected for Sunday rates. Who knows how much it would have cost if I had called Roto Rooter instead (I'm guessing a lot more). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but hopefully I won't need to.

I would've give 0/5 stars but I can't.

I tried to get an estimate from this company, called a couple days ago and they said they will page the technician to contact us. No one call us. Today, I called 4 times. They told me the same thing, they will page the technician, but no one called, again. The 4th time, they told us we just have to find someone else to do the job. Is that how you do your business? Very disappointed. Ridiculous.

Amazing! I am new to the world of septic tanks and was completely overwhelmed when our main drain backed up at 5PM on Sunday night of a holiday weekend! We called several businesses and Floyd's was the only one who even returned our call. The service tech didn't slow down for a minute and made sure the problem was resolved before leaving. Anyone who will spend 2 hours head first down a septic tank on a Sunday night has my vote! Besides all of that, the price was very reasonable.
