I have to wait a few days for a part to repair my kitchen faucet. I turned off the water to the sink but still had a leak at the base of the faucet. I then shut off the main. Without water to the entire house, I called Mike at fhp to request service, thinking there was an additional problem. He walked me through some additional steps to stop the leak, but, at least, have water to the rest of the house. Great FREE advice from an experienced plumber without the unnecessary expense of a service call will have me calling fhp when I really do need a plumber onsite. I HIGHLY recommend!

Fast response. Came next morning to verify a broken pipe and replaced it. The quoted price was exactly what i paid. . Was friendly and respectful of my house. Cleaned up after himself and repaired a small hole on the outdoor foundation by the spigot. Looks all brand new. I will call them again if needed. Very happy.
