We are repeat customers of flowthrough and are so happy to work with them each time. Their prices are reasonable and the customer service is always top notch.

Keeler always returns phone calls promptly and will go above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied with our service. They have replaced sump pumps for us (even a reverse osmosis water filter/purifier) which Andy spent close to 6 hours installing himself. If they say they can do a job they will and they will not over charge. Doug has been to our house many times and is always prompt, polite, and professional. Their work does not leak and is guaranteed or they come back and fix it.

We can't say how much we appreciate all their help after we moved into the area. They have replaced toilets, unclogged sinks, installed water filtration systems, replaced hose bibs, and the sump pump saga !

Great experience with Flowthrough. We got home from vacation to - no hot water. Called Flowthrough at 7:45 am and by noon the kids were talking hot showers from our newly replaced hot water heater. Great job all around by Flowthrough.

We had a plumbing emergency & a neighbor recommended Flowthrough Plumbing to us. While other plumbers sent me straight to voice mail & still hadn't called me back, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a human being (and a very polite one, too!) on my first call to Flowthrough! I was able to get a same-day appointment scheduled, and after I had explained our problem, the woman who answered my call told me an estimate of how the issue might be fixed & what it would cost for both a simple fix, as well as what it would cost if it was a more difficult solution. The plumber who arrived at my house (Doug) was very professional, tidy and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it in less than an hour! The cost was VERY reasonable, as well, and it was exactly what I had been quoted in my initial call to the company. Three cheers for such a fantastic & customer-minded company....you are now on my speed dial for all our future plumbing needs!

I discovered a leaky faucet in the kitchen in the morning and called a number of plumbers from my referrals and reviews. After a few unsuccessful attempts to get same day service, I got Flowthrough Plumbing's phone number from another company. Andy came out within 2 hours and tightened the faucet. After he and his assistant left, I discovered that hot water was not running. Andy promptly came back and replaced the faucet and the supply lines (the hose turned out to have been pinched). He also gave a lot of valuable recommendations concerning other mysterious plumbing issues we had in the house. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Please don't EVER settle for fixed pricing again. Andy and Steven were amazing! They replaced and repaired 3 kitchen plumbing items for a very reasonable price in less than 2 hours...with absolutely no mess. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
