Pablo and his brother came out today, after responding within minutes of my Yelp request the day prior, to repair a broken gas line to my BBQ. I sent him some photos and he immediately diagnosed the problem with a fair and reasonable estimate. They are professional, personable, and completed the work literally in minutes. So amazing! I also asked for a recommendation on a water heater install, and instead, he offered a much better solution to my issue that would save time and money in the end. I am fixing up a house for a rental unit and when I need additional plumbing work, which I will, he will be the first person I call.

I needed urgent service, and he was able to come the day after I contacted him. Good price and even offered a free service in the future. Very transparent with costs and did a great job of explaining everything and which of his services he recommended. Cleared all of the sludge in the sink pipes and replaced them as well. We had a great experience with Flow Tech Drains this past week. The entire house was backed up. Pablo (owner) and his crew, Ben, Danny and Manny, diagnosed the problem and were on it the next morning. A collapsed 4"" pipe under the driveway, they were able to replace it by only having to dig one hole in the concrete . Pablo was pleasant and fairly priced for the work.
