Our hot water heater went out Thursday evening. I reached out to Flowtech and Pablo responded right away. He came out the next day and was able to diagnose that our 11 year old water heater was deceased. He then was able to get a replacement delivered and installed before 5 PM Friday. Outstanding work!

Pablo was at my place within an hour of me calling. He and his team diagnosed my problem quickly. They performed amazing work and knocked out my project in two days. My washing machine drain overflowed and a snake and a camera showed that a pipe was the issue. Excavation and pipe replacement was scheduled the next day. The team worked so hard digging out the pipe and then replacing it. Beautiful work and I can use my washing machine and sink again! I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the speed, the price and the communication that went along with it. I called three other plumbers before Flowtech and I'm so glad Pablo picked up the call!

Pablo and his brother came out today, after responding within minutes of my Yelp request the day prior, to repair a broken gas line to my BBQ. I sent him some photos and he immediately diagnosed the problem with a fair and reasonable estimate. They are professional, personable, and completed the work literally in minutes. So amazing! I also asked for a recommendation on a water heater install, and instead, he offered a much better solution to my issue that would save time and money in the end. I am fixing up a house for a rental unit and when I need additional plumbing work, which I will, he will be the first person I call.
