My wife & I have worked with Ruben and his team in the past, and they have always been fantastic! Professional, friendly and affordable. This time they went over and above the typically great service. We had a small leak with an exterior pipe... thinking that it could be an expensive project. Ruben came out (wearing a mask and gloves), adjusted the leak and didn't charge us a thing!! This was a first for us and we could be more thankful. Because of thoughtful service like this, Flow-Rite will always be our first call. Thanks Ruben!

January 1, 2018: A little leak turned out to be more than a little leak! I discovered some wet carpet in the basement....it turned out to be from the kitchen sink drainage, down a nice shiny copper pipe into a cast iron pipe hidden in the darkness under my basement floor. But oh there was so much more! Not only was the cast iron pipe corroded right there where the water seeped up, but it was found to be corroded for at least 25 feet. There was no bottom to the pipe. Awful way to begin 2018!
HOWEVER, I WAS SO LUCKY to have been told, by my neighbor, about Flowrite Plumbing and Drain Cleaning! An independent plumbing company made up entirely of licensed plumbers who were friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled! I worked with Ruben who gave me an approximate estimate before coming out, and the estimate was $1500 less than their competition (Should I name names? I won't, only because the eval and estimate was free and they were very nice - just tooooo expensive). The effort and skill Eddy and Nick demonstrated was incredible. After drilling about 18 feet of floor/cement, looking for solid piping, and moving boxes that were in the way (and there were a lot of boxes), they came to the conclusion that they needed to try something else if they were going to save me costs! They were able to reroute a new pipe and connect it to a solid copper pipe in the laundry room. They also, of course, removed the corroded pipe they had dug up, and capped the pipe remaining under ground. These guys were great - very creative and thoughtful! Very kind. And clearly very skilled. This is a great independent plumbing company! I highly recommend them!
Flowrite Plumbing is the best!!!

Ruben answered my text shortly after I text him. Through text I told him my issue (stuck valve cartridge in shower) and we set up an appointment and a price within 5 min.
Ruben sent his associate Rob who did an outstanding job! Rob didn't try to up sell me on anything and even adjusted my barely noticeable leak in my toilet without asking.
Rob was nice and professional.
Great job guys!!

These guys have done many jobs for me at our home, and at a rental property. Each job was professionally done to a great result. They replaced a hot water heater in both locations, as well as fixing the garbage disposal at home, and the sink sprayer. They also fixed the toilet. Unfortunately I called another company recently for drain unclogging, thinking it was not actual plumbing. However I had such a bad experience I will only use Flow-Rite for anything close to plumbing.

I recently just bought my first home and over the course of a month I spent every waking hour doing some home renovations and cosmetic details to get it ready to move into. Once I finally got moved in I needed to do laundry pretty badly. However, much to any homeowners dismay, it turns out the pipe used to drain my washer was not draining for whatever reason and I walked into my laundry room to discover a miniature Old Faithful unleashing water everywhere. Exhausted from all the work I had done the month prior to moving in and disappointed I could not do laundry, I asked the ever so informative Facebook world for plumber recommendations. It was overwhelming how many people recommended Ruben and Flowrite Plumbing. Ruben was so understanding, reassuring and willing to help. I was able to schedule an appointment for a few short days later. His team showed up on time and worked so fast at assessing the issue. I don't think I could even do a load in the wash in the amount of time they were here. They explained the problem and showed me what they had to do to repair it. They even crawled under my house into the crawl space several times to access some of the plumbing, which you couldn't pay me to do. When the job was done, they wiped up the mess and even swept the area clean. The pride, respect and diligence Ruben's team has for their clients and the job they're working on is one that any company should take notice of. I absolutely recommend them and can rest easy if I ever run into anymore plumbing issues, knowing I have their number.

The work done by this company was terrible, one of the worst examples of workmanship I have experienced. To repair a sewer issue in my front yard they used a back hoe to dig a deep trench. After the work was done they did not finish the work. They filled the large trench partially but left large mounds of the dirt they had dug up in the yard.. For 3 months I attempted to work with them to finish the job. Initially they said they would do so. Ultimately, the owner's response was that he was not a landscaper. I had to spend several hundred dollars to level the yard and add turf. In addition the estimate given was over $1000.00 under.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this business to think twice and if you do use this company, do not expect the job to be completed.

Flow-rite plumbing is absolutely amazing. We were in the process of selling our home and had to replace our sewer line, we got a quote from another company and the quote was CRAZY! I called Ruben and not only did they do it for much less than the other company, they were efficient, fast, clean, and truly saved us from the added stress!!! I would recommend them to everyone! These guys are awesome!

I subscribe to the Denver Post. Every once in a while, the Sunday paper will include one of those rubber magnets from a local plumbing company. Last month, one for ""Tipping Hat"" plumbing was in my Sunday paper. Coincidentally, I had a toilet which was not working properly as well as, a leak around my garbage disposal.
Those guys jerked me around for 6 days with cancellations, no shows, and forgetting to put me in their appointment book.
I found Ruben from Flowrite on Craigslist, of all places. It was the company's membership with the BBB which prompted me to call. Ruben responded quickly and set up an appointment for the next morning. The technician, ""Eddy,"" was right on time. He was neat, personable and knowledgeable. He showed me what the issue was regarding the toilet and put in a new mechanism ($98). He then adjusted the fittings around the garbage disposal - for no charge!
He cleaned up, hung around for 5 minutes or so to make sure there were no residual issues, and was out of there after approx. 40 minutes. The entire bill was $98 and everything works just fine. What more could one ask for?

I paid Flowrite to come to my home to diagnose a problem. They came as agreed and explained what my problem was. They told me they would get me an estimate for correcting the problem within a few days. After approximately a week I called and spoke to Ruben. He once again assured me that they could fix my issue and would provide an estimate within a few days. It has been a few weeks now and I have received no estimate. I will now need to pay another plumber to come out and start the process all over again to get my issue corrected. I have received no benefit in dealing with Flowrite.

Beware. This company provides a low bid and then will not honor it. Kept adding or trying to add additional charges claiming they were not included in bid, even when items were specifically listed in first bid. Also, don't bother leaving a message as they NEVER return calls. Best move is to look elsewhere.
