So many people can't be bothered...

The best, most pleasant, and most efficient plumber. And did I mention honest? Jerry of Flowright Plumbing arrived after calling first to confirm my address -- just as we agreed -- and within 10 minutes had cleared the clog in my toilet. I chose Jerry and Flowright Plumbing based on recommendations and after a terrible experience with Mr. Rooter, who wanted an exorbitant amount to clear the very simple clog. We had a leak in our ceiling and expected really bad news. Jerry was able to come over that day to assess the situation. He not only was able to fix the leak right then and there but also gave us an accurate estimate and was less expensive than we thought it would be. We will absolutely call Flowright Plumbing again for any of our needs. This was for a service a few months ago and we have no leaks.

I have an on demand Noritz tankless hot water heater that was installed in 2009 and it was turning off while I was in the shower! I called Noritz and they gave me 3 plumbers to call. I screened the responses from 2 of the plumbers- the 3rd never returned my call. I was thrilled with Matthew's service, knowledge and information. He is trained in these units and knows all about the ins and outs of how they can be tricky. He drained the tank, flushed it and cleaned the unit with a special vacuum. The real issue was a sand and dirt in the filter which he cleaned. Most of the build up was related to the installation of my new well from spring a year ago. These on demand heaters require cleaning every couple of years so I will be calling Flowright and know that the service will be professional and priced right.

Jerry was a Savior!!! Very professional and very responsive. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! I had a tough upstairs shower/ tub job that required going into the tile and replacing a 3-way faucet. Jerry gave me a couple of time and major cost saving options. I appreciated his honesty and his skill as a professional plumber. Many big name plumbers are not as responsive as Flowright. Some didn't even return my call. Jerry came to my aide right away and called/text me at work to keep me updated on his progress. Hopefully it will be a long while if I need to call a plumber but if I do it will be Jerry at Flowright. Thanks.

I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services. They respond quickly, they are courteous, professional and perform high quality work.
I live in a typical suburban home that is 25 years old and things are falling apart. We had a shower leak that we tried to fix ourselves but it was more involved than our level of basic plumbing abilities. They fixed it right. I felt that the cost was very fair and there were no surprises.

I hired Jerry at Flowright Plumbing to replace the three toilets in my house and I was, how shall I say, supremely satisfied.

Jerry was available promptly, picked up the toilets for me at Home Depot and the installation went smoothly. In one bathroom Jerry suggested I needed a slightly shorter bowl and he accompanied me to Home Depot so I could pick out the right one. He transported back home for me and we had the new toilet installed within an hour or two.

He also caught a potential problem in the tile work in one bathroom and recommended a tiling company for the small tile repair. They were also amazing.

Jerry is beyond professional, beyond pleasant, and a true joy to work with. I recommend Jerry Abundis at Flowright Plumbing to anybody!!

I needed a plumber to fix a pin size hole in my main water pipe for which I had to shut off the water supply to my whole house. I first called a bigger name company whose name is on the hundred dollar bill. They wanted way more than I expected to fix this problem and they could do the job the next day. I then decided to call Flowright Plumbing and they were available to come to my house that same day. From the time I called them (11:45 AM) to getting the job completed (2:45 PM) was just about 3 hours. They did the same work that the other company was going to do for a third of the price. So far so good. And if I happen to have another leak from the place that they repaired within 30 days, they will come back and fix it for free. I will not hesitate to call them the next time I need a good plumber. 5 stars for sure.

I followed the Yelp star rating system. Flowright was terrific. I had a stopped up toilet on December 31. Most plumbers could not help me that day. I called Flowright and they were nice enough to push back another customer for 1/2 hour to attend to my problem (their offer, not my request). Made sense since they were in the neighborhood already. They fixed the problem in minutes. I received a $25 discount for mentioning Yelp - and their price for a service call was very reasonable to begin with. I'd give them a 10-star rating.
