Jerry and his son came to our home this morning to repair a leaky pipe in the ceiling above the kitchen. The job required cutting and soldering pipes in a tight space and at an awkward angle. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the repair was performed. This was the second time we've used Flowright - they fixed our hot water heater when it stopped working last year in the same professional manner. Jerry is a good man, he is knowledgeable, fast and fair... and he's doing a wonderful job of teaching his sons the trade.

Had a new washer & gas dryer delivered. Delivery guy couldn't get the gas hookup right, so we called Flowright at around noon. Jerry and son were here before 4 p.m. and took care of everything quickly. We've found our go-to plumber from now on!

When I called Flowright, the owner was out of town and I had to deal with his son. An appointment was made for 3 days later and his son rehashed the problem I was having over and over again on the phone. The night before he is supposed to arrive he calls me to discuss it yet AGAIN and I was getting a little frustrated but went thru the details one more time. He then canceled on me via text message. I will never use this company.

Fantastic duo!! We had a broken water heater and had no idea what was wrong with it. We called Jerry, described the problem and he picked up the part he needed on the way over! When they arrived they looked at the water heater and decided to try a couple different fixes before committing to replacing the part. Sure enough it was a smaller job then anticipated! Most plumbers would have replaced the part anyway and charged us full price, but Jerry and Gabe replace one little thing and charged us a fraction of what I was anticipating.
Knowledgeable, friendly, fast and fair!! I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing problems.

Jerry and son Gabriel are great! We had previously had a blocked sewer line that was cleared by Roto-Rooter, but the RR person did not stay to verify that the washing machine that signaled the backup would drain properly. So we called Jerry to test and verify that the blockage was cleared and the washer and dishwasher drained without any overflow into the bathtub. They tested everything, fixed two shower heads that needed improvement, and told us what they were doing at every stage.
Only charged us for their standard call, which was inexpensive and worth every penny. Jerry asks good questions about the problem when you call for an appointment, and he goes above and beyond when working at your house. Terrific people and service!

I had a leaking toilet that needed to be fixed. He answered my call right away and came out in a few hours. Price was on par with other plumbers to fix it. He was friendly and answered my questions. It's only been a few days but I don't see any more leaks. Gave a 90 day warranty on his work. I would use again if I need a plumber but I hope not.
