Our family home was built in 1950s and we had a slab leak. I can't thank Brian, Luis, Jason, and the rest of the crew! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and took their time assessing the best way possible to resolve the issue without having to remodel a complete bathroom. The staff cleaned up each night they left and they arrived on time to each appointment. They were courteous of our time and understanding keeping the doors closed each time they went in and out of the home with our indoor fur babies. I will definitely recommend Flowing Water Plumbing to my family and friends.

This rating is for pricing only. The hourly rate to change an existing 2 hole kitchen faucet to an identical one is $310 an hour. Honestly I think this is extremely high. I finally got a quote from a competitor at an hourly rate of $200.

I have sewer line coverage with Home Serve and had repeated problems with the line backing up. Home Serve had assigned a different provider who was unable to diagnose or fix the problem after repeated attempts.

When Matt came out from Flowing Water I felt completely confident he could find the problem, which he did. After trying to clear the line he sent a camera down which revealed a section of concern. There was a 3 foot section of pipe that had completely collapsed, which explains why the line kept backing up. Matt and the guys had the pipe dug up and replaced shortly thereafter and everything is flowing again.

I couldn't be happier with Flowing Water Plumbing & Drain and would highly recommend.

i am the overseer of an aging condominium complex. we began using flowing water plumbing and drain several months ago. their plumbing technicians and support staff perform at the highest caliber of quality performance and professional courtesy. as our complex is now in its senior years plumbing issues are becoming more of a regular occurrence. just yesterday, ""adrian"", one of flowing water plumbing technicians replaced a stripped water valve. he executed said plumbing issue with a high degree of proficiency. ""adrian's"" demeanor was very congenial, that was just extra ""icing on the cake"". this very old man ""that's me"" just wants to say ""thank you"" to flowing water plumbing and drain co., from myself and from all of our condo owners.

After finding what we thought was a small leak under our home, we contacted Flowing Water and they had a tech out within a few hours. The tech was able to determine that the leak we thought was the issue was not. We had a ""lake"" in the crawl space from a broken irrigation pipe. Of course I freaked out, but the friendly and knowledgeable techs reassured us they could handle this and make the necessary. In less than 4 hrs they identified the source of the problem and made the repairs. So grateful they resolved the issue for us so quickly, especially being that we were going on vacation 3 days later.

Flowing Water Plumbing & Drain was great! They were the first to respond to us when we did a query on Angi and were responsive via txt message.

On our water heater (23 yrs old) we thought all we needed was the main water valve replaced, but after Luis G turned the water back on, it was obvious the water was coming out of the water heater itself. Instead of having to reschedule, Luis replaced the unit and got us back up with hot water the SAME DAY!
Their pricing was in line with what we researched ($2,300 for everything).

**Kaufman & Broad homeowners - due to the ""fine"" (HA!) craftsmanship of our homes, there might be a glitch or two when having the unit replaced, that could cause it to take more time, and potentially cost more for copper line.
