Mike Plialr is the owner of Flow Tech and I am impressed that at a young age, he is able to run his company at topnotch professional level. I had about 6 estimates for my tankless water heater installation, but it was Mike who gave me the most honest and practical estimate. No unnecessary things that I did not need. Cost-wise, and efficiency-wise, he gave me the best deal. True, he was not the cheapest, but he was not the most expensive either. I believe in getting what you pay for. You can go with someone cheaper, but you won't feel confident that it would be done correctly. From the initial meeting, you can tell whether the person you are talking to is a professional or not. The bigger plumbing companies gave very high bids, but they were not necessarily the best. In my case, I got the best brand (Vesta VRP PLUS 6LN00064336), plus I had the best plumbing company. Mike gave me a great warranty, and he is always just a phone call away if you have questions. He and his 2 guys came earlier than 8:AM, and worked all day long in the sweltering heat of Texas, and worked nonstop until almost 6:00 PM. I was amazed that it all got done in one day, including adding a gas valve box installation for my dryer, and a refrigerator valve box with shock arrestor installation. Mike and his guys were like the Energizer Pink Bunnies on steroids! Many thanks to Mike and his crew!

The plumbing services were exceptional, and the pricing was reasonable. I was accommodated in his schedule for a routine toilet replacement, faucet installation, and cartridge replacements. He worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and even assisted with changing a light bulb that was out of reach. His friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated.
