He set up an appointment for the next morning, sent a confirming text/email and sent a text when he was on the way to my house. He had all the parts/tools he needed on his truck. We've used Flow-Tech a few times - master bath shower leak, guest bathroom faucet replacement and most recently water heater replacement. Jesse is fabulous. He's a very smart and skillful young man. His business needs no advertising because we all share our great experiences with one another which causes this man to be so busy! They're never hard to reach. Nicole is great at keeping in contact with us. She's utilizes the phone, cell phone, texting, FB messenger and email - all I love. Things come up in this business and sometimes we've had to be flexible with our time but our wait is NEVER unreasonable. And sometimes, they're early! They do all they can to take care of us. Jesse is our go-to plumber!

Sunday morning and the only shower/tub in our house is clogged. I tried to clear it on my own with our small sink/tub auger and then with a plunger, but to no avail.
Time to call in a pro, and Jesse delivered big time! He was over to our house less then 30 mins after we spoke, top-notch professional, wearing gloves, carrying his tools and ready to rock when he arrived.
He knocked the clog out in under 5 minutes, wiped down the tub and tile (wherever any of the gunk splashed when he pulled his power auger out of the pipe), installed a shiny new replacement cover over the cleanout trap, and even texted me a link to a device that he uses in his own home to keep hairs out of the drain!
Would not hesitate calling Jesse again or recommending him to anyone looking for a plumber! Thanks again, Jesse, your skills are greatly appreciated!

Rescued me from my plugged up sink today. Jessie came out he was so professional and friendly. I was terrified of a huge price tag, he was able to quote every step of what would need to be done and because I did such a great job plugging up my kitchen sink in my 1940's home it was more than a simple snake , but he got the job done and I wasn't as painful as I feared. Lol.
I recommend this company to anyone who need a qualified professional with a true hometown heart.

Nicole and Jesse are fantastic! Called them for an emergency at 6pm (water heater suddenly gave out and leaking all over); in less then 24 hrs my new water heater was installed!
