I can't say enough kind things about Steve at Flow Rite Plumbing. He truly is there for the homeowner. I called to have him come out and fix my master shower faucet, it has been leaking since we moved in. We knew it needed a new cartridge, but couldn't figure out how to get to it. He was more than willing to troubleshoot it and walk me through step by step via photographs and FaceTime to find what I needed. Turns out he spent his time and offered his expertise to help me find and order the part all at no charge. It truly was a breath of fresh air to find someone with his caliber of customer service. I had a slight emergency with a very old water heater that was leaking so I called a few plumbers. Steve with Flow Rite Plumbing answered my call (didn't have to leave a message) and was able to get an even larger water heater than I had, then installed it THAT DAY.
'Kind of miraculous considering how busy everyone is with this massive construction boom - including Steve. It only took him an hour or so and he cleaned up everything, hauling away the monster that caused my worries.
As long as he's in business I will call him for every plumbing problem this old house can dish out!
