Beware! This plumber advertises that he is a licensed plumber in Ohio and in Indiana on his website. I just looked him up and he is no longer licensed in either state. If he is not licensed, then beware that he may not be insured (as he advertises) if you use him.

I had a leaking toilet I had been fighting for years and found Flow-Rite through Yelp. I scheduled an appointment online and Dan contacted me 15-minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on-time and evaluated the issue and offered a number of options. He recommended fixing the mechanics inside the toilet but I decided to go with a full toilet replacement. He didn't have a toilet on-hand so rescheduled for a few days later. Again he called and and arrived on-time. Dan is very outgoing, easy to talk to and will explain everything in detail. He made the process look simple and cleaned up everything before he left. I also had him replace the shut off valve and check out an outdoor faucet. The overall cost seemed very reasonable and I'd recommend him to friends and family. I think it's a small business but he really tries to go above and beyond expectations. You don't find many contractor like that anymore...I was impressed.

Had a toilet that decided to stop flushing. Scheduled an appointment quickly and easily through their website, and Dan came to the house (the same day!) and fixed the issue for what I felt was an affordable and appropriate price. He also didn't try and ""up sell"" me on anything that I didn't really need. I'd recommend Dan and Flow-Rite, for sure.

I definitely recommend Flow-Right Plumbing. We had a make-shift arrangement for our bathtub faucet.. When it began leaking behind the wall we needed something done. Dan explained the options to us and was able to replace the old plumbing as well as fix the wall so that it looked like a remodel. He paid attention to detail and did a very professional, timely job.
