We had issues with our Rinnai tankless heater and called a Rinnai suggested plumbing company with three letters. They didn't show up, didn't fix the problem, showed no interest in fixing the problem, and wanted to overcharge for simple work. After weeks of no solution with that plumber, I called Flow-Rite. What a difference!

Flow-Rite responded quickly, fixed the problem within a day, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend Flow-Rite for any plumbing problems.

My cousin Ed checked our water heater cause we were not getting hot water no where in the house . So he came to a decision we needed a part to fix it . We learned that the water heater was still under warranty . By now I ve had no hot water for 5 days now.
The company that we got the water heater from refereed us to flow rite plumbing to order the part from. My mom booked the appointment . After work David wilfong came into my garage cleaned the filter and I thought he fixed it . Me and David were talking about life he mentioned he was separated .He talked about his kids , and life . I talked about how my parents are no longer together . He asked if I was single I said yea . I am Just living my life . He said o okay are you trying to have fun . I said eventually I do want to start my life with someone but that takes time . I just mentioned how my supervisor from work has a sugar daddy . But I told him I would never be with someone way older than me . However , he took it as I was looking for one . The whole time he was calling me baby throughout the whole conversation . He said ""if there is anything else I needed fixing i got you baby "" I found that very unprofessional . But I am a person who will just let it slide and not think nothing of it . Then he said okay you should have hot water . I went to check it nothing then he metioned it should take 20 minutes . I said okay would you mind sticking around so I know it's working . He said yes I can are you inviting me inside . I said okay I just want to make sure the job is done before I paid him . He asked me if I could dance for him . I said no .. no that's okay . I asked him if he wanted anything to drink . Unfortunately there was a bottle of margarita mix on the counter and he wanted that I had no ice at the moment so I couldn't do that . But it was my mistake to even offer that but we had 4 glasses of it . He could've said no while working on the job . But After that he sat down in the computer chair and I was in the kitchen he wanted me to sit by him . I said no no I'll stay here . I said okay I'll sit on the couch but stay there please . He didn't listen and rolled the chair towards me and started touching me inappropriately out of no where . I said no no . And pushed him off me . Unfortunately I wasn't strong enough . He then started lifting my shirt I kept trying to pull it down and trying to him off of me . Then I went into the bathroom to check the hot water. He mentioned it would take 40 minutes instead . Like which is it ?!. and when I went to check it he presumed to touch me and started to take my pants off . I kept telling him stop no ! Don't . Please . He then led me near the doorway of my mom 's bedroom and started kissing on me again . I said please stop . He said you want me to leave I said the job is done so yea bye I paid him and that was that . . After he left he called me 3 times that night . Like For what ?!. The next day I had no hot water . I had Anderson plumbing come and fixed the problem they said everything was lose with the water heater like wow he didn't even do his job I paid him for . The company agreed to give me back my money . the daughter who works for the company wanted to know what happened So I told her she didn't believe me all she was stuck on was I invivted him in for drinks and said I was looking for a sugar daddy . I didn't invite him for drinks I invited him to check the hot water that my intention . I'm like
. Like okay and he actually mixed my worlds up with the sugar daddy conversation I said I was never looking for one but I knew someone had one ! And your father put his hands on me !. And she said I was breaking up her parents cause of this. I would never make something like this up ! Her tone with me was getting very disrespectful . She said I was making her father look like a terrible person when I told
My step dad the story . ! My friend had to come and rescue me . My friend told her what do you want from her (me) documentation that this happened ?. Like you were not here when this happened . She said I am just trying to hear her side of the story like okay you did but you don't even seem to even care or even believe her . I have known this girl for 10 plus years she needed me here today so she can feel safe today while Anderson plumbing is here to fix the problem your father did . . I was so upset . But she did give me my money back . The Last thing she said before she left was I hope you never invite someone for drinks . I should've said I hope your father learns the word no ! It's like going to the bar you would never expect a man to put their arms on a woman . Same thing . You just do not do that ! I would never recommend this company to anyone ! There are many better companies who are way more professional . And will make you feel safe at your home

You can not find a more professional, honest, caring, knowledgeable, and a skilled plumber as David Wilfong.

His daughter Danielle is also amazing and it's nice to have a woman plumber who is reliable, so very kind, and gets sh*t done.

I had a plumbing emergency one early morning and they were able to come out and rescue me and my yard! I couldn't have been happier with their reasonable prices, their availability, and their professionalism. I'm a customer for life!

This review is for this companies employees and customer service. One of their work vans decided to park way onto our curb which clearly has stepping stones and bark and on doing this they destroyed a stone which took me 3 months to find to match the other ones we have I walked over to where they were working could not find the driver spoke to what I think was the GC told him said he would look into did not feel he was going to so I decided to call the company that was a joke the older woman who answered the phone was horrible sarcastic did not care at all and ended the conversation with all she is is technically an answering machine and she would pass on the message so I'm pretty sure I will have to go to Home Depot and keep my fingers crossed they have the stone still in stock and if not I will have to replace all eight stones which is going to be way more than seven dollars very very poor excuse for a company I would not trust theses guys in my home! Beware.

Same day service restored Rinani water heater after I removed the filter and damaged the threads of inlet fitting while doing the yearly vinegar flush. he gave good advice don't touch cheap plastic inline filter near shut off valves, don't need to be replaced. Honest Plumber. Thanks Dave!

Flow-Rite really Saved the day. You don't need a plumber until you really need a plumber.

Hot water heater went out last night and we were really stressed out about having to buy and install a new one as well as potential water damage etc. they are so expensive and people want a ton to install them and many vendors were booked until next week.

David and Flow-Rite to the rescue. Called at 11:30am arrived with new hot water heater by 2:00pm, installed and done by 4:00pm. Hot shower by 4:30pm. They even removed the old hot water heater and cleaned out the water damaged area under the unit. Fortunately the water damage was nothing major and David gave us an honest assessment and some great advice on how to handle the problem. So nice to have an honest vendor that makes the process so stress free.

I highly recommend Flow-Rite Plumbing. Super professional and reasonably priced. Will be using for all my future plumbing.

Reposting this because Yelp seems to favor only good reviews but I would hate for someone else to go through what I and my family went through with Mr. David Wilfong.
Mr. Wilfong from Flow-Rite Plumbing is extremely unprofessional, unethical, dishonest and flat out rude! And in my personal experience, he is also racist! (I understand English perfectly but I speak it with an accent and I believe he wanted to advantage of that).
If you have ANY kind of plumbing problems and you don't want yet another headache in your life, stay away from this business!!!!
I'm going to summarize my experience as best I can: My water heater broke down and it had been installed in 2015. My wife contacted the manufacturer of our water heater and found out that it was still covered under warranty (i.e., the ""unit"" but NOT labor). The manufacture also said that as homeowners we needed a technician to diagnose the malfunctioning of the unit to be able to make a claim. They gave my wife 3 numbers to call, and unfortunately, Flow-Rite was one of those numbers. Meanwhile, we did some research as to what was the ongoing fee for an installation/replacement of a water heater. We found that installation/replacement only, was anywhere between $500-600. And $1,100-1,300 to have the water heater plus labor install (i.e., the size of ours).
Mr. Wilfong comes to diagnose the problem. The first thing he does is complain about access to where the water heater is located and starts trashing the previous installer. He ""diagnosed"" the problem and we were able to get a replacement reference number.
He verbally tells me that labor is NOT included in the warranty (I knew that!), and that it was going to be around $500 dollars. I agreed to that as I knew it was in the range. About 45-60 minutes later, he got back with the unit, and told me that he needed a signature to proceed with the installation. I reviewed the handwritten contract and realized he was charging $1,500 for installation only!!! I questioned his rate as I couldn't believe this could be possible!!... Everything went downhill from there! He got angry!! And loaded the unit back to his vehicle. I called my wife to inform her about all this and she asked to speak with him, my wife told him there was NO way we were going to pay $1500 for labor only, and offered to pay for his services up to that point ... he left her speaking on the phone and took off with MY heater, as I told him he had my heater, he told me to get off his vehicle door and to get another heater from the manufacture (It doesn't work that way!)... It took another week without hot water before we could claim the heater that he had already claimed on our behalf.

My water heater pilot would not start, so I went to the manufacturers website and called 3 companies on the list provided. Dave's company got right back to me. He came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, but it still didn't work, so he called the manufacturer to authorize an additional part. They wouldn't, but insisted on shipping the same part he just replaced. So 2 more days of freezing cold showers. Part came today and Dave came right over. Sure enough part #2 didn't fix the issue, but at least this time the manufacturer authorized the additional part and voila, it was fixed.
Dave does a great job at a fair price. I will call him next time I need a plumber.

Dave is one of the best, if not the best but definitely the most honest plumber I've ever met. I would recommend highly recommend him to friends and family. He's the one plumber I have on speed dial in my phone. His acumen I'm in trade is beyond reproach and he'll give you a fair quote and update you as things change or progress.

I was having problems with my Rinnai tankless water heater. Rinnai recommended Flow-Rite Plumbing to fix the issue. I called and they set me up with an appointment right away. David and Freddy called to let me know they were on their way and were here when they said they would be. No waiting around. A great feature. I can't speak highly enough about David and Freddy and the job they did. Talk about great guys. I immediately felt like I have known them for years. Within minutes David had it diagnosed and they were fixing the problem. They are my go to Rinnai people from now on!! Thanks guys.
