The flange cracked under our toilet, I run a daycare and needed it fix ASAP, Matt was here within a hour of our call, looked what he needed and had it repaired within three hours, it was a mess from what the builder had done under the floor so lot more work was involved. He worked late till after 6 to get it completed. He does great work, we've used in the past to snake out our kitchen sink pipes, same great service then too....Thank You Matt.

Would not recommend. Gave verbal and email estimate and ended up coming 15% higher than worst case scenario, even though I was doing majority of the concrete prep and helped with dirt work and etc. Overinflated cost of materials and exaggerated amount of hours spent on job.

I woke up one morning to my husband saying ""we have a problem!""

Ugh, I hate those mornings. We moved into our house about a year ago and I heard this often because our basement leaked after a rainstorm. I assumed that's what it was. While we didn't have several inches of water wall-to-wall, we had bits of TP, sewage and icky, dirty water coming out of the drain. YUCK!

For whatever reason our main plumbing line was backed up and I didn't have a plumber to call. I prefer small town businesses so I didn't call the 'big companies' but I did call several recommended one man shows and they weren't able to come right away. Until I found Matt Wolfe. Within 45 minutes (he was at another job) he was over to look at the problem. Then he left to get the proper equipment and was back within the hour.

He couldn't give an estimate until he got in there, which I understood, but he told me to expect between $115 and $500. I know that's a huge range but it was better to know than not. After a few hours and countless trips up and down our basement stairs (with heavy bulky equipment) our drains were unclogged. He took the time to fill the wash tub several times, he had me flush too so I could make sure it was working, he even asked me if I had more towels so he could clean up the mess and toss the towels in the washer for me! Umm, awesome! So all I had to do after paying him (ended up around $300 because he had to go quite a ways out to clear it), was wipe up some of the black stuff and mop. I'm not sure if plumbers usually do that but it spoke VOLUMES. We also chatted for a little while after. He's very personable, I felt very comfortable having him come in and out of the house. He let me do my own thing while he worked. It was a really good experience.

Matt also works on water, drain, air and gas lines, water heaters, water treatment systems, water softeners, toilets, fixtures, faucets and disposals. And, if he can't fix it he probably has a recommendation for someone who can. You can also find him at: https://www.facebook.com/flowrightplumbing/.

It was recommended to me by a friend who also has a house with old pipes to not use thick toilet paper or flush tampons. I'll keep that in mind and switch to good old Angel Soft.

Thank you Matt. You did a wonderful job! It's been several days and we've had no problems.
