Regarding Flow Right Plumbing and the outstanding rating they have earned. I called two plumbing companies in the Pueblo area and explained a problem I had with my water filtration system. One of your five-star listed plumbers stated they did not have anyone able to work on such a problem and it would likely take several days. The explanation of the issue was very straight forward. The other company of Yelp's five-star listed plumbing companies did not bother to even call me back after several attempts to reach them. I finally called Flow Right and they were responsive. Fred was the plumber and he personally should receive six or seven stars - but as an employee for Flow Right, he clearly earned a Five-Star rating for the company. He took out the problem tanks, loaded them on his truck and took them back to his shop. About two hours later the tanks had been cleaned and reloaded with fresh mitigating chemicals. He was knowledgeable, fast, and cordial during the entire encounter. After we let the water run in the property for about six or seven minutes; the change was visually evident. I took a drink (we had been using bottled water), but the water was perfect in taste and color. Therefore, hats off to Fred. I will ask for him by name for any future project. Flow Right Plumbing hired pure gold when they hired Fred.

No longer use this company, years ago it was good, now the people they send out are not knowledgable and they overcharge for everything. They charged 500.00 to fix the sink faucet and the toilet on the inside of the tank that was ridiculous. They charged 1100.00 to fix a pipe that broke in the yard and it took them a while to complete it. They charged 800.00 to try to unplug a sewage blockage then they wanted to dig up the sewer for an large sum of money. I will never use this company again. They are over priced and their plummers do not know what they are doing, one had to call into the office and ask for directions regarding the problem.

I want to share my ""questionable"" experience with Flow Right and let potential customers know how disappointed and troubled I was with their recommended solution(s) regarding my furnace repair. My 16 year old Carrier brand furnace quit working early on the Sunday morning before Thanksgiving. I tried to self-diagnose the problem myself with no luck. I contacted the Flow Right service department on early Sunday afternoon. They sent out a technician by early Sunday evening. Within an hour, they had diagnosed the issue as a ""blown diode"" in the module on the blower motor assembly. The technician said they would need to contact their warehouse the following morning to get a price quote for the part to repair the module. I paid the $172 emergency service call. I was very satisfied with the technician's diagnosis and the service I had received up to this point.
The following day (Monday), I received a call from the technician saying that the warehouse had the part in stock but that it would cost over $6,900 to complete the repair!! He said that because of the high cost to repair and the age of the furnace, he recommended that a new furnace be installed. The technician scheduled an estimator to come on Tuesday morning to give me a quote to have a new system installed. On Tuesday afternoon, the installer gave me two different proposals of $17,024 or $21,844 for a new system!
At that point, I became very suspicious of the extremely high quote to repair and the technician's recommendation to have a new system installed at a cost of over $17K. I attempted to contact the Carrier warehouse here in Colorado Springs to get a quote for a new module and/or blower motor assembly for my model of furnace and they said that they could not give me a price quote unless I was a licensed contractor. I started doing my own on-line research and found a replacement module for $150! I immediately ordered the module. After receiving the module on the Friday after Thanksgiving, I installed the module and had everything reassembled in my old furnace and running within an hour. I consider myself to be handy but I am not an HVAC expert by any means. It has been working flawlessly for over 6 weeks.
After completing the repair myself, I contacted Flow Right and talked to the HVAC Manager to have him explain to me why I was quoted over $6,900 to repair my furnace when I did it myself for $150! I told the manager that I did not have a problem with the diagnostics they performed. The technician pinpointed the precise issue with why the furnace was not working. I told the manager that I was not dissatisfied with the diagnostic evaluation but I was very disappointed with their recommended solutions and asked him why they quoted a repair cost of over $6,900. He explained that they simply made a human error and apologized. He offered to refund the $172 emergency service call. I received the refund after 2 weeks!
Based on my experience with Flow Right, I cannot help but think that they were trying to take advantage of an elderly customer (I am 68 years old) in an emergency situation that lives in a nice neighborhood. That is the only plausible explanation I can come up with as to why they recommended what they did. In my opinion and based solely on my experience, their customer service recommendations were very questionable and suspicious. However, the HVAC Manager's offer to refund the service call expense was honored and the diagnosis was ""spot on"". But based on my overall experience, I want to alert other consumers to be cautious and wary of any work you have performed by Flow Right.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They do not communicate with the customer and inside the company the left hand has no Idea what the right hand is doing. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, keep looking...this is not it. You and I can do better.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the people at Flow Right.Thay were always on time and professional. They were easy to talk to and made me feel as we had known each other for years.
The installed a new Combi Boiler (IBC SFC 199) and explained the operation to me in terme I could understand.
I'd like to give a special thanks to the men who installed my boiler. Austin H., Brendan S., and Matt A. If it were possible, I would rate them higher then 5 stars, but that is as high as it will let me go,

Thank You so much, Doug R.

I have a contract with Home Serv. I contacted Home Serv because my hot water heater was not working properly. Home Serv contacted Flow Rigjht Plumbing, who sent out a plumber to assessed the situation. The plumber contacted Home Serv, and made them aware of the fact that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. My contract with Home Serv covers replacment and installation. The plumber from Home Serv stated that replacement and instulation of the hot water heater, did not cover replacement of the pipes, which would be an addtional $700.00. He stated that once Home Serv made the necessary arrangments with Flow Right, he wouold return for the repacement and installation. He reminded me that there would be the additional $700.00 charge,
I have a friend (plumber) come and take a look at the heater and pipes, and he stated that there would be no need to replace the copper pipes, just the water heater.
I notified Home Serv requesting an assessment by a different plumbing company, and , the second plumber indicated that there was no need to replace the pipes.
This company replaced the water heater--NO PIPE REPLACEMENT, AND NO ADDED $700.00! The water heater is working just fine!!! I am a seenior citizen!!

This company sucks. I called for a plumber to fix our leaking kitchen sink pipes in the morning and was told the plumber would be there btwn 5 and 7 that night. I was fifth on the emergency after hours list. When I didn't hear from the plumber by 9:30 that evening, I went to bed. I received a voice mail from him at 9:50 pm, saying he would be back in Pueblo West to work on our job by 11:00 pm or Midnight. I called AGAIN at 5:00 am the next morning and spoke w the dispatcher. Then the plumber called me at 7:00 am and confirmed I would be first on the emergency list for that evening. By 6:45 pm, he hadn't showed up, so I called the dispatcher. She had no record of me calling that morning but called the tech, Paul, who told me his assistant called me and no one answered. I told him, ""no one called."" He asked if I was calling his tech ""a liar."" I said ""yes"" and he should check the phone number. The tech (another Paul) promptly called me, said he had dialed the wrong number, was on the way to Beulah, and could come by in a few hours. I told him to forget it. A company this disorganized probably isn't very good, so I'm looking for another plumber!
