Ed is the best! I've had a few plumbing issues in my day, both big and small, and Ed has been my go to plumber for all of them in the past 10 or so years. He's always so nice, trustworthy and gets the work done that is needed very efficiently. It's nice to know I have someone I can trust to handle any situation. They were assigned to do my repair by Fidelity warranty company. They asked me to text photos of the leaking area and sink, so I did. They told me the plumber would be here Friday morning. The showed up with no ladder, nor supplies to repair my leaks. TOTAL Waste of taking a day off of work WITHOUT PAY. I called warranty company and they will place a complaint in their file and send out a reputable company. They didnt even have the courtesy to return my calls. BEWARE !!!!!!!

Mr. Ed Cutter was sent to my house by the home warranty company Fidelity to fix a leak that was originating from the wall. I was very impressed with the service provided by Ed, and he methodically explained to me what he was going to do to identify the source of the leak and to address it. The work was done efficiently, and he then advised me as to the next steps that I needed to take with the home warranty company. I don't have very many dealings with plumbers, but it was a pleasure dealing with Ed and his company. I will retain his information for future repairs.
