We called and Cathy answered the phone. I explained our problem and Cathy dispatched one of her guys right away. He showed up faster than we ever assumed he would. He was polite and professional. He got right to work and for what we thought would be an easy fix, turned out to be a bigger job. He did not complain at all and joked with us about the entire situation. He finished up and when I went into the bathroom to clean up the mess I discovered that he had already cleaned it all up! I was so impressed and so thankful for the service I received. I will be calling them again for every plumbing need I have.
