Karen H.FlowRight is my go to company for plumbing, heating, and electrical. I live in Colorado Springs and FlowRight has installed my walk-in tub; under the sink water purifier, tankless water heater, air conditioning, outside and inside electrical issues, and will be installing my new heater.
My heater was making a funny noise when I turned it on this fall during a cold evening. I turned it off and called FlowRight. They came out the next day and checked the heater and found that there was a carbon dioxide leak and immediately shut down the gas. They scheduled an install to meet my busy schedule. Hugo was the technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was ahead of schedule and called to say he would be there early and that worked out fine. He informed me of the issues as he completed his work. He gave me a very reasonable quote and I accepted it. Kudos to Hugo and FlowRight for identifying the issue before anything dangerous could happen. Karen
Beth L.they did come quick and the guy did fix it but he mess up my insulation and said my brand new sump pump was broken which it is still working. electic people came for only about 15 minutes to fix my hot water and did not mention needing a special plug. i had a guy come for 2 and a half hours and i got charged for 3 well he left a mess he could had clean up.

Karen H.I live in north Colorado Springs and have used Flow Right out of Pueblo for all of my plumbing needs. I am excited that they have expanded to Colorado Springs. They worked with my bath remodel contractor to do the plumbing aspect. This company has replaced by water heater, all toilets, faucets, and fixed a leak from my dishwasher. That is not all! I have a pond and waterfall in my backyard and the irrigation division fixed the pump so that I could enjoy my backyard. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their professionalism. Highly recommended.
