When the old cast iron pipe under my Clairemont 1950's home ultimately had to be replaced, I took the time to get several estimates and asked a lot of questions. Jess and Kenny were so patient and knowledgeable and the value proposition was superior to the competition. I can now rest easy knowing I have all new plumbing under my house and two new clean outs out front. They put everything back the way they found it, including the plants in the planter! They brought an entire team to my home and completed the repair in under 6 hours! Thanks to Jess and Kenny for making this so much less stressful than I was expecting! I give them the highest recommendation!

Outstanding on every front. They got us a very reasonable quote quickly and got to work equally fast. The job was professional and results were perfect.

The owners Kenny and Jess were on site for the evaluation so we got it straight from the boss from the start. One of them was present each day during the work as well making sure it was done right. They were able to work around our brick staircase and front sidewalk with outstanding creativity and hard work. You can barely tell they redid our entire septic, system from toilets to city line.

Their finish plumber Ariel is outstanding at his job. He fixed mistakes of plumbers past with minimal damage to the look of the house. (I don't have pre photos but he fixed shower faucets, improper drains under sinks, laundry vent, and more) He also dealt with 5 or so unforeseen problems at minimal extra cost which saved me from damage and headaches in the future.

Lastly the crew were all polite, hard working and cared about the quality of their work. They laid the lawn and garden back like nothing happened and didn't skimp on the details.

I would highly recommend these guys.

After many years of dealing with plumbing problems with our 35 year old addition, we hired Flow Right. This was a big job with 90+ feet of trench that at a certain point went 6 feet deep, to meet the main drain. Kenny gave us a great bid, his crew was kind, informational and careful. After this three day, massive job (so many roots from our Palm Trees!), our front yard was left better than when they started. And our plumbing woes have been solved. We are grateful! As an earlier reviewer said, ""This is what professionalism looks like."" I couldn't say it any better. Thank you Flow Right!

I usually wait until a job is completed before posting a review, but as I write this Ariel is at our property on a Friday night at 9 PM to make sure we have a working toilet and shower in our recently purchased and under construction home. This level of commitment is second to none. Furthermore, from the start, Ariel has been nothing but courteous, caring to our home as if it were his own, and devoted in a manner you simply do not come across anymore. Flow Right in general, and Ariel in particular are from now on our go-to plumbers who we will recommend to anyone who inquires. Bonus: Flow Right's owner, Jess, is honest, reasonable in price, and a good communicator. I will post an update, but for now: Flow Right and Ariel are on path to changing my pre-conception on contractors as a whole ;)

These guys were great. Arrived on time, worked quickly and offered competitive pricing. Other companies were trying to steer me towards a liner and the guys at Flow Right said they could do a dig and replace method to save money, which proved to be the case. They also left the site in an immaculate condition when finished. Would highly recommend.

This company was highly recommended by our plumber and we are so happy we called them! Kenny and his crew completed the job of replacing 93 year old plumbing that was past its last leg ahead of schedule. They were so professional and polite; they cleaned up everything which was unexpected and they even moved furniture back in place for us! They were very conscientious of the fact that we have a teleworker at home and were also so sweet to our dogs! We love these guys and think they should have their own calendar!

This company is fantastic, super professional and fairly priced services. They replaced my entire sewer system and added drains and plumbing for a laundry room and shower. They were on time, efficient and very clean. I highly recommended Flow Right for you sewer and plumbing needs.

Our toilet was very slow on a Sunday. We called a plumber who could not come out until Monday. He tried to clear it but determined the main had likely collapsed and it would need to be replaced. We called a few plumbers who quoted us STARTING prices without even looking at the plumbing. We found Flow Right on Yelp and called based on other reviews. The reviews were right... Kenny came out and he put on his protective gear and entered the crawl space. He told us what he saw, explained thoroughly what he would do and quoted us a price that beat the others and he could start immediately.
This happened during the rain we had in the beginning of the year- our yard was saturated and the dirt was very heavy and muddy. Kenny, Jess, Justin and Ariel were so professional and friendly and hard working.
They replaced all drain lines in our home out to the city connection and installed cleanouts.
In addition, we hired Ariel, who has his own company, Hernandez Plumbing, to replace the copper supply lines as they were just as old as our sewer line. This guy is a perfectionist!
We also used this time to convert our bath into a walk-in shower and Ariel recommended Ivan Rosas of REC Construction Services. Wow... More awesomeness... Ivan got our bathroom done in 20 days! It was finished before other contractors had said they could even start!
All in all, for what started as a crappy situation, it turned out great simply because of the people working for these three companies. Everyone involved was the utmost professional and helpful, friendly and kind person. I have nothing but praise for them all.
