Kenny (the owner) and team did a great job of removing all the old and failing cast iron in the crawl space of our 1960 home, replacing it with ABS. They also identified and corrected mistakes made by someone else's attempt from years ago to repair segments of the line. I researched the replacement process and collected 3 bids. The bid from Flow Right was not the lowest, but it included a wider scope of work. When collecting bids, make sure to compare what work is actually going to be done (like adding an extra clean-out or including dry-wall repair). The Flow Right bid was fair and competitive, and was the right choice for us.

I was referred to this company by a forensic arborist who specializes in the growth of tree roots. That was my first indication that this company was going to be great. Needless to say, they exceeded our every expectation. We had roots growing throughout our sewer line and were advised to install an epoxy liner + hydrojetting to fix the problem. Kenny and his team were amazing; they were well priced, very professional, and did an amazing/efficient job. Many plumbing companies out there do multiple services and don't just specialize in sewer lines. They are overpriced and not always the true experts. In contrast, this company is the real deal and will advise you properly on the best outcome for your sewer situation. In addition, their CCTV equipment will properly diagnose the problem. If you are having any kind of sewer malfeasance, do not hesitate one more second - call Flow Right.

I recently completed a sewer replacement project with Flow right and the experience was excellent. I met Kenny and Jess several times and right off the bat, knew that they will be the right people for this very stressful project. I had 3 other bids to determine whether full trenchless vs. traditional pipe replacement with digging was the best for my home. All the companies did some form of video inspection and gave me the low down. Only Kenny and Jess however performed the inspection thoroughly enough so I can make the right decision at the end (I chose a hybrid approach=some trenchless CIPP lining but mostly traditional digging/replacement). They were very communicative and fast in terms of responses. The project took 3 days right before Thanksgiving just as Kenny promised me. Even getting a city permit was a breeze (during COVID times mind you).

Just like what others said on the review, you can tell from talking to Kenny and Jess that they are down to earth honest people. In addition, they were very patient with me despite me being a pain in the ass and probably a spaz during this whole ordeal.

Only small hiccup was after the main project was complete, damaged sprinklers during the project could not be promptly repaired. Kenny was again upfront about this and refunded a portion from a total amount so I can have my landscaper fix the sprinklers the right way. I appreciated his honesty and this was more than fair.

All in all, very good experience. If you are in an unfortunate position like I was where you are deciding what the best option is to replace your old cast iron pipes, I highly recommend you give Kenny and Jess a call.

From the pre-inspection to the end of the job to replace all the cast iron pipes in my 50 year old house, Kenny and his crew were absolute professionals. The job was finished on time and at the agreed upon price. After replacing a toilet in one bathroom, in the 11th hour I decided to replace another. I picked it up and they installed it with no issues.

Kenny is bar far the best contractor I've worked with. We called him with an emergency we had during a bath remodel and he was able to get his own work done and help the other contractor repair some things they did incorrectly ( he double checked any plumbing related items just to be sure). He gave them a master class of plumbing and they looked to him for any and all changes to be sure it was done right. Kenny did not have to make the extra stops back to our house to be sure it was all alright, he just did. Climbing under the house repeatedly with no complaints. We got a referral from our neighbor and we are so please to have met Jess and Kenny, who are such a well groom and professional. They are very knowledgeable, know exactly what they are doing, they walk you through step by step. They have proper equipments and great crews to work with and extremely friendly and clean, everything was pickup during and at the end of the day. We bought an older property that unfortunately came with a very old septic tank and no connection to sewer.
I'd spoken to a number of plumbing companies that (either through license limitations or because of the scope of the job) weren't able to help us.
The difficulty of decommissioning both the tank and tying in to the city sewer line at the same time was further complicated by COVID stipulations. The city of Chula Vista was understandably understaffed during this time and this made procuring permits and inspections tough to do.

Flow Right were extremely patient with our rather odd situation and helped immensely with getting everything organized. Kenny and his team were very communicative and approachable throughout the whole process.

When we finally got everything good to go, they coordinated with the city for final approval and got the job done quickly and with very minimal disruption to our home life.

I hope I don't ever have to undertake such a project again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
