Our toilet was very slow on a Sunday. We called a plumber who could not come out until Monday. He tried to clear it but determined the main had likely collapsed and it would need to be replaced. We called a few plumbers who quoted us STARTING prices without even looking at the plumbing. We found Flow Right on Yelp and called based on other reviews. The reviews were right... Kenny came out and he put on his protective gear and entered the crawl space. He told us what he saw, explained thoroughly what he would do and quoted us a price that beat the others and he could start immediately.
This happened during the rain we had in the beginning of the year- our yard was saturated and the dirt was very heavy and muddy. Kenny, Jess, Justin and Ariel were so professional and friendly and hard working.
They replaced all drain lines in our home out to the city connection and installed cleanouts.
In addition, we hired Ariel, who has his own company, Hernandez Plumbing, to replace the copper supply lines as they were just as old as our sewer line. This guy is a perfectionist!
We also used this time to convert our bath into a walk-in shower and Ariel recommended Ivan Rosas of REC Construction Services. Wow... More awesomeness... Ivan got our bathroom done in 20 days! It was finished before other contractors had said they could even start!
All in all, for what started as a crappy situation, it turned out great simply because of the people working for these three companies. Everyone involved was the utmost professional and helpful, friendly and kind person. I have nothing but praise for them all.
Flow Right is a great company and we found other great companies through their recommendations.

We needed our cast iron sewer lines replaced and received a recommendation to use Flow Right. For all bidders, we balanced cost and professionalism and Flow Right won, hands down in both categories.. to keep this review short, I am fairly old, and in my lifetime I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALS that i did with the Flow Right team. From Kenny the lead down through every member of the team, they were knowledgeable, courteous and spot on with every part of the work done. They understand the customer needs sewer, they minimized out of commission time, they worked around schedules. They completed the job (landscaping, paving, wall rebuilding and drywall) perfectly. I honestly am not sure how i can give this team the credit they deserve. If it was possible to give 12 stars I would. I had no previous knowledge of this company but am now listing it as the best 'service rep' choice I have ever made. Thank you Flow Right Team!!!!

We needed to have our 90 year old cast iron sewer pipes taken care of and after received multiple bids I found theirs to be most reasonable value for the money, especially compared to several others, More importantly, Jess' and Kenny's knowledge, honesty and willing to work with my concerns during the course of the multi phase project was the main reason I chose FlowRight. They also did not disappoint on the job either as they arrived on time, worked diligently each day on site and everyone on the crew were professional, courteous and made sure to keep their work areas (and access into areas of the house) clean and damage free. They took the extra time to be sure the job was done right, even when it extended their day, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend FlowRight

This has been a long overdue review. Kenny and his team have been by far my most favorite contractors to work with. They replaced the drains throughout my whole house and I've been so satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. Kenny quoted the job on Saturday and work began on Wednesday. He was great with communication and dropping in to inspect the work. Was told it would take 1-2 days to complete the work. 99% of the work was completed on day one and completed the next morning in an hour or so.

I needed several pipes replaced including a long sewer pipe. The crew was effiicient and put down tarps to protect the carpet.flooring. They cleaned up when done.

Pricing quoted was WAY below what I was quoted by another company.

Jess and his crew are super honest and hardworking crew. They gave me a fair price, out of 5 quotes it was the second cheapest. Jess is a second generation plumber. His dad has done honest plumbing work in and around San Diego for several decades now, still going strong.

Jess replaced my failing cast iron drain pipe with good old plastic. His team was very careful with hand digging around irrigation, tried very hard to save certain plants for us. Did a great job compacting and cleaning up afterwards. They don't have many reviews probably because it's all word of mouth.

We had to replace our 60-year cast iron pipes and called Flow Right and one other supplier. Flow Right was significantly less expensive, faster with less inconvenience. The other company said we would lose toilet/water access for large parts of 3 days. Kenny's team got it done in 2 days and made sure we always had access. Go with Flow Right.

Look no further for drain service! If you find yourself in an emergency or near emergency, please call Flow Right!! I have experienced every type of repair known to a house built in the 1920's. I had been putting off the sewer line replacement but as two neighbors began having problems, I started to do my research. In the process, I can assure you that Flow Right will respond quickly, communicate effectively...are incredibly honest and beyond fair priced...they were the best. They are also incredibly flexible in little glitches that occur along the way...like when they find out there is concrete under all those layers of DG and have to jack hammer to get to the sewer line! Flow Right suggested a hybrid approach: a new plastic pipe for the areas that could be dug out and a liner on the old cast iron pipe, due to poor access between buildings. In the end, my cost was less than half of what my neighbors paid for a fully lined cast iron sewer pipe! How does that happen? Through due diligence in gaining estimates (that I have already done for you), not jumping at the first available due to the emergency and reading reviews on YELP! All the bigger companies were twice the price and one even tore up my old cast iron pipe in the process of using a large camera and causing a disconnect...and an emergency! Maybe that was their tactic? Anyways, I just felt more comfortable with Jess and Kenny out of the three estimates that I had the time to obtain. After learning that I now had a disconnected pipe, FLOW RIGHT scheduled the work immediately and provided an estimated invoice. Their work ethic, camaraderie and good, overall people skills made them a delight to be around. I always like to go with smaller, local companies and you cannot beat what a group of guys who went to High school together can do to solve your emergency. My suggestion, especially if you have an emergency, HIRE FLOW RIGHT immediately! Don't act out of panic and take the large box plumbing companies' recommendations. You have to admit, all the reviews say the same!
