It is with a very happy and grateful sentiment that I write this review for the Flow Right plumbing team.

Since moving into an older house, I kept having plumbing problems due to the fact that the majority of the pipes were made of metal and were rusty and old.
This time, however, the pipes had developed cracks and were leaking gas and water into the ground under my home, and as a result, created a foul smell at the front of the house. I initially thought this smell was from a dead rodent under the home but it turned out to be a much bigger problem.

At first, I turned to a well advertised and bigger plumbing company here in San Diego, but they way they carelessly handled the estimate visit to my home made me feel uneasy. Luckily, I found Flow Right on Yelp when I searched for other reputable local plumbing companies. When I looked into the plumbing work they specialized in, they seemed like a promising company who specialized in larger plumbing projects. I called Flow Right for an estimate and the owner of the company, Kenny, answered the phone and after learning about my plumbing problem, arrived at my house in half an hour.  He then donned the cover-up and mask and went to the crawlspace to assess the damage of the pipes himself.  Kenny promised to send me an estimate shortly and he did, with a clear scope of work and a very reasonable price quote.  I accepted the contract immediately and the next morning, 2 team members showed up at my home at 8:30 sharp, went inside the crawlspace and proceeded to remove all the broken metal pipes and replace them with ABS plastic pipes.  When the work was finished, I was asked to turn on all the faucets in the house to check for water leaking, but everything was perfect.

The Flow Right team members were professional, diligent, experienced, and focused and they managed to finish this huge project in 5 hours.  I was so impressed because the previous well advertised and bigger company estimated that the work would take 2 full days, if not longer.

I highly recommend Flow Right for any plumbing problem because of the high standards the company demonstrated and accomplished. I now have a trustworthy and professional plumbing company to turn to for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again, Kenny and the Flow Right team!

We had water flow issues with two of our bathrooms in a 100-year-old house. Ariel was able to work in a tight crawl space to repipe the supply lines with minimal disruption to the drywall. He did a great job patching up the small amount of drywall he removed. Our flow issues are fixed and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't hesitate to call Flow Right and Ariel again.

Overall Kenny and his team were great. To start with, Kenny was at my house within the hour after contacting him to come by and give me an estimate. I needed a whole house cast iron drain repiping as the existing drain in my crawl space was leaking. They were always very professional, communicated all the tasking to take place and stayed on schedule. They were more than competitively priced compared to other big name companies for the same work. Kenny and Jess followed up with me each day to see if I had any questions or concerns. This was a great experience and an ideal example of a small business that provides quality, value and a personal touch. I would definitely use them again.

Our kitchen drain was backing up due to a break in the line under our front yard. We called a number of plumbers who said they didn't do work involving that kind of digging. We saw the great Yelp reviews of Flow Right and we decided to call them. We're so glad we did. Kenny Castro took our call himself and then came out on Friday to give us an estimate; he and his crew came on Saturday morning and took care of the job in the dreadful 90 degree heat. They also fixed a couple of smaller plumbing issues that I'd been putting off at our house. I should also say that Flow Right's rates are very reasonable and they're honest too: they didn't try to 'extend the job' as way too many contractors do. We plan to hire Flow Right to do the plumbing for our garage conversion project next year. I give them my highest possible recommendation!

Had a sewer leak and called Flow Right on a Saturday. Didn't think they'd pick up but sure enough Kenny did on the second ring! After I told him what was going on he told me it sounded like the sewer lines needed to be cleared and although they don't do that, suggested I call Bairds Drains who came out 2 hours later. With the lines cleared fortunately the leak stopped! Kenny texted me later to make sure everything got taken care of and offered to stop by the next morning (Sunday) to check and see if any pipes were broken. Sure enough 7:30 Sunday morning Kenny was crawling under the house and found no broken pipes. He's honest, responsive and friendly! If you need a plumber call Kenny! Trust me!

We hired the Flow Right team to come replace our main sewer line. After getting a few different quotes, Flow Right gave us the most reasonable estimate. What blew us away was the quality of their work. The team was quick, efficient, and made sure to properly clean up after each day of work. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing work we may need.
