I don't care to leave crummy reviews. I called to have a garbage disposal replaced. Bradly who arrived was polite. He didn't have any garbage disposals with him so he went to Home Depot. I had an InSinkErator, HD didn't have any in stock so a Moen was placed. It didn't work as well as the InSinkErator & I voiced this. I also sent a video the next day to show how the disposal was terrible. I paid $535 for the replacement & when Bradly checked with Jared I was told I could go buy another disposal myself & they would replace it for $199. I'm not satisfied with the replacement or the additional price that I would have to pay because this disposal does not work like the one they replaced.

I needed my leaking faucet in my bathtub fixed. I got great service from the technician and he walked me through my options because of my older 1950s bungalow style house. I was overall impressed with the work and the recommendation to ask for a credit from the utility company. I'd definitely recommend this company they were on time, courteous, did a great job, and charged a fair price.

Jared contacted me right away. John was the technician who replaced two toilets for us. He was very professional. Did the job efficiently and answered all of our questions. Cleaned up everything when finished. I am so glad that I found FlowPros and highly recommend them. Will definitely use them in the future.

I normally wouldn't round up from 4.5 to 5, but I am here. I would like to deduct 1/2 star because one of the two projects was a lot more expensive then it should have been (in my opinion). However, overall, Flow Pros was excellent and I have no problem recommending them. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling and we called Flow Pros. They came the next day - Donovan came with another gentleman. We specifically told Flow Pros that they needed to send someone who can get around right spaces, and the person Donovan brought was able to get into our attic and crawl through to fix the pipe. And I don't feel like we got ripped off for the work. The other item was a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Donovan went to home depot and bought the replacement parts and installed it, again quickly and efficiently. The problem was the total cost for the installation definitely exceeded any reasonable amount for the time it cost. I like the work, and they did a great job, but it was too expensive. Finally, their in-office team, especially Jared, are excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anyway, 4.5 stars or 5, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Justin showed up late in the day, honoring the promise to come when they said. He gave an price and went right to work. Took care of my problem within less than 45 minutes. This was a problem another company couldn't solve and tried to convince me we needed a much more expensive repair! Needless to say, I will be using Flow Pros instead of the other company I have been using for some time!

We pan a pin hole slab leak and called another plumber who was unable to fix it. Saw the Yelp reviews on Flow Pros and promptly called them. They came out on May 30th and fixed the pin hole leak. We also got a new water softener setup from them that will last much longer (and clean itself) than the ailing one it replaced. Donovan fixed everything quickly and did the install of the new system - explained everything, cleaned up afterwards and was incredibly professional. We are facing an eventual repipe and the wouldn't think of using anyone else. Very honest company that sets expectations and meets them.

I had an outside faucet unexpectedly break off from the pipe that extended through a block wall into the house while power washing. This necessitated turning the water off for the whole house. In somewhat of a frantic state I called Flow Pros based on their high ratings on Yelp and advertised quick response time. True to their promise Jarod arrived in very short order and was able to make all necessary repairs (I had a second outside faucet that was dripping water) quickly. Very nice to deal with. Very polite, honest and professional. I made sure to get a business card because I will call them again if I need any of their services. I strongly recommend.
