Excellent company! Great experience from start to finish, and extremely prompt. We reached out with a non-urgent issue on a Thursday and were seen first thing on a Friday. Wonderful customer service. The plumber himself was also excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and skilled. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed (broken garbage disposal that needed a full replacement). Given the scope of the issue and the new part, we were charged a fair rate. Pay cash for a small discount. Highly recommend!

I called around 7, and was promptly scheduled for an appointment for 8-11. Dan arrived around 9:00 and was friendly, courteous, and professional. I paid $370 to break up a clogged pipe. I will absolutely use Flow Pros again, though I must admit, I hope to not need them!

I don't care to leave crummy reviews. I called to have a garbage disposal replaced. Bradly who arrived was polite. He didn't have any garbage disposals with him so he went to Home Depot. I had an InSinkErator, HD didn't have any in stock so a Moen was placed. It didn't work as well as the InSinkErator & I voiced this. I also sent a video the next day to show how the disposal was terrible. I paid $535 for the replacement & when Bradly checked with Jared I was told I could go buy another disposal myself & they would replace it for $199. I'm not satisfied with the replacement or the additional price that I would have to pay because this disposal does not work like the one they replaced.

I have used this company twice so far and the service just excellent. The first time I had clog in my tub drain and the plumber sent out was able to clear the drain clog and give me some useful tips. The second time 10/6/23 I had some leaky piping in wall behind my washer sending water into my neighbor's closet below me. John was sent out and he quickly found the leak in two places and was able to do the repair the same day. Which is good cause I needed to wash clothes this weekend.

After calling plumbers who essentially wanted to charge northwards of $70 just to come out and look at the problem (money which would not be applied to the eventual repair), we found Flow Pros. No muss, no fuss. These guys were reputable, efficient, and courteous. We called and spoke with Jared, who sent John over ASAP. After a knowledgeable and informative assessment, we were given options and quoted a fair and reasonable price. In the end, we replaced two toilets (one defective and the other barely functional) and had a shower cartridge replaced. John did a great job, and he did it fast. The results were spectacular. Although we only opted for the mid-range toilet, I'm pretty sure we could flush a goat. The shower contraption is smooth again, too. The price was good, and we're delighted. Don't waste your time and money talking to others; just call Flow Pros.

Excellent service from the initial phone call, to scheduling, and the actual service itself! Josh arrived promptly at the scheduled time, with a text 30 minutes before, and it was immediately clear that he knew his craft inside and out. The issue I was having turned out to be a non-issue, but Josh still took the time to explain the possible problem, and provided the next steps forward. This transparency and willingness to communicate put my mind at ease.
