Ryan fixed 2 sinks and a leaky shower for me. He was on time, worked efficiently and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

On Dec 24th I had a burst pipe and requested your services but honored that evening and the day after since they were family days. Your tech came on Dec 26th at 3:30pm and located two burst pipes, however he did not fix the issue, he just put a cap on them, and said he would contact us the next day, still waiting on that phone call... yet charged us $220 an hour.... For 1.5 hours plus the $15 dollars for two caps... for a grand total of $352.... to not even FIX the issue. This sir, is the highest level of stealing from people. Your hourly rate on a non holiday/ emergency hours is ridiculous, or perhaps you were just trying to make bank off people's misfortunes. I would never recommend your company. We were blind-sighted.

This is a GREAT company! I've used them twice -- once for my hot water heather and the second for my parent's house. They are reliable, go the extra mile and friendly! They are locally owned and do an amazing job for very reasonable prices!

My friend had her floors ruined because Flow Pro changed crews in the middle of a job and they failed to connect a water line and flooded her floors. They tried to hide the error by using a wet vac and not informing her of the mistake. They refused to accept responsibility and tried to intimidate her. If you make a mistake, accept responsibility and do the right thing. They should be ashamed of their business ethics.

Lowe's in North Augusta selected this company to come out and evaluate my hot water heater and possibly replace it. The day of the appt I get a call from the tech saying he was on his way. We chat briefly and I tell him it's behind a wall and that I would take it out since I do not see an access panel. (It's an older trailer) This became a problem and he says that they don't do that and would have to call Lowe's. Lowe's calls me and says unfortunately from what the tech has SEEN they are unable to do it. They didn't even come out yet I tell her. So I get scheduled for another appt after Lowe's calls them and have since they moved on to the next job. I get that. Next appt postponed. I'm still ok. Here it is Friday, appt time was 9am since I have my on physical therapy appt at 10am. No show, no call. Zero, ziltch, nada. That's how many stars I would give if it were possible.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, oh my goodness. They were absolutely phenomenal!!! Chis and Sam came out very promptly, fixed things super quickly, even explained what was going on to my husband and I as they did it without fuss. They fixed our water pressure and were ridiculously knowledgeable and friendly about the whole thing and Chris's beard is glorious so there's that too.

Absolutely reprehensible customer service! They broke my toilet! Our landlord sent this company to fix a gurgling toilet issue. The workers were here for about 8 minutes, fixed something in the tank and left (leaving a trail of dirty footprints through my house.) The gurgling noise was gone, but something was broken in the process & now our toilet runs constantly. Landlord opened another order to have them come out but they claim to call me & don't, and they refuse to answer emails. Things happen, but own up to breaking something, leave a voicemail, return an email and take care of your business!!

This is for a contract signed on 10/10/2022 and work done on 11/3/22, and we are finally getting around to posting this review. We were given a range for running a gas line for our pool heater of $1800-2300 and we were charged the maximum with no itemized receipt. We asked them to send us an itemized list of what work was done and the cost because of being given a range for the total cost and we wanted to understand why the cost ended up at the highest end of the range. I had to email again 4 days later due to no response and again I asked for a breakdown and explanation of the total cost. This is all they sent with no itemized receipt: """"Each job like this is priced out based on the time involved and the material costs. We give a range like we do due to the cost of materials fluctuating so much these days. Each bid is good for 30 days and the reason for that is also that the cost of materials is so unpredictable. Material costs were on the higher end at the time of the install of your gas line."""" We told them that we were very disappointed and frustrated as we were charged the maximum amount of the range given - $2300 without an itemized receipt. Also, soon after running the gas line, much of the pipes rusted. We emailed on 2/2/23 and had to reach out to them again on 2/8 because we didn't get a response. They responded and apologized on 2/9 and set up to replace the rusty pipes and clamps for 2/22, which they did. Tony called and explained that the previous employee (no longer worked for them), who did our work, did not spray the pipes with the proper rust-proof spray and he would personally come out to inspect on 2/22. The work was done over 2 days but we were surprised that Tony never showed up. So overall, disappointing experience and shocked that they wouldn't provide an itemized receipt for their work. This seems a little shady and not the proper way to do business. They give you a range and charge you the max with no breakdown of the cost other than an explanation that material costs went up in the 3.5 weeks from when we signed the contract and the work was done.
