We had a plumbing emergency from frozen pipes. I called Jack.

He came right over. After 2 hours of work, we were presented a bill for $700.

Having had prior experience with plumbers, I recognized that this was more than reasonable. He could have ""soaked"" us but didn't.

He apparently knows his craft and is reasonable and honest. What else could you ask for?

I came home to a flood in my upstairs bathroom, went on Google typed in 24 hour plumbers Huntington. First choice was FLOW PRO. The plumber Jack answered the phone himself. I explained the problem, he asked where I was located, he stated he may not be able to fix it but at least get the water to stop running. He showed up 10 minutes later, didn't fumble around, knew right where to look. He didn't have the part but left to get the part and came back and fixed my sink. Professional, courteous, honest, reasonable price, a gentleman. Highly highly recommend.

Needed a plumber in a hurry! Jack had been to my house to give me a quote for my kitchen!! His price was fair and he impressed me very much! I chose to go with another plumber who also impressed me! Unfortunately the plumber I chose couldn't finish the job due to an emergency!! I called Jack and explained my problem and he agreed to come the next morning!! His price was competitive but more important I needed my new faucet installed! He did a fine job and fixed another problem I had without asking for additional $$$$!! I found him to be very professional, friendly and patient!! No rushing to do the job and get out!! I strongly recommend Jack for any plumbing problem!!
