I called Flow Pro Plumbing for an estimate. They were thorough with everything they examined and provided a breakdown of the cost and labor of each repair via email. They are friendly, communicative, and professional. Their prices seemed reasonable. When the time is right, we plan on moving forward with the repairs and installation of our water softener.

Flo pro plumbing is amazing!!! They have the best customer service ever. They answered my call and came to my house the same day. Jesse was able to fix was what was wrong with my water heater at a reasonable price. He was knowledgeable and friendly, definitely knows his stuff. He was able to communicate and explain what was going and what my options were, after he was done he cleaned up and everything is working perfectly. I'm so glad to have found flo pro plumbing. Yes, they are as good as it gets. I had a broken joint in our plumbing system that was in our crawlspace underneath our front bedroom. About an hour after I called Flowpro, Jessie came by to look at the problem.

He came up with a plan that made sense to me, and I asked him to go ahead and take care of it. In the past, I had done almost all of our home plumbing myself, and had I fixed this current problem, it would not have been done correctly, and I would have had problems in the future.

Jessie fixed it in a way that will prevent the problem from recurring. A job well done.

The fees were very, very reasonable.

I'll be recommending them to anyone I know, and to anyone that needs any plumbing work done.

Excellent customer service. Scheduling is easy to work with and you get a follow up text with your appointment details. The text has a picture of who your appointment is with, so you know who to expect. They are time efficient and hard workers. Respectful workers in your home. I highly recommend them.

I recently had my water heater replaced by FLOWPRO Plumbing. I could not be happier with the Superior Customer Service I received from Flow Pro. The name of the plumber that did the installation was Steve. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had hot water again and a water heater that did not leak anymore. He is in a league of his own and is not only knowledgeable but he is a courteous and meticulous worker. Steve took his time to make sure the water heater was properly installed and working before he left. In addition, he answered his work phone at night to help answer a couple questions we had. I'd also like to mention how awesome Kayla (the Office Manager) was. She was incredibly helpful and coordinated the entire process which would have been a complete nightmare without her patience and perseverance. We would HIGHLY recommend FLOWPRO to our family, friends and neighbors. I know they will stand by their work and provide the best service while getting the job done! Thank you FLOWPRO!!!

Steve from Flow Pro Plumbing came to my house today. His work was flawless, service was awesome, barely left a trace that he had done the work it was so well done. There was no doubt he could do the job and have it completed today even if it had to go into the evening hours, which it did. I can't praise this company enough. Even Jesse, the owner swung by. Kayla is courteous and professional with a ""can do"" manner. I have a high standard and I've never been able to give a company 5 stars because there's usually room for improvement even if they're good, but I had no hesitation now. Job well done! I will call Flow Pro Plumbing again for future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them highly.
