Our water heater went out and the first place I looked was Yelp. I saw Flow Pro had good ratings and I liked what many people said about the service. I called and the person on the phone was very nice and gave me the information I needed to make a decision on which water heater I needed. The apt day came and I received a message that my service person Jonathan was on his way with a photo of him too. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do and answered any questions I asked. The work looks nice, Hot Water again! Thank you Jonathan and Flow Pro.

I had these guys install a sink during my kitchen remodel about three weeks ago and they were awesome!

Our countertop demo guys discovered a damaged valve when they removed the old sink and Flow Pro came out to stop a slow leak even though I didn't have an appointment for that day.

When they installed our new sink one of the parts that we insisted on was defective and stopped the dishwasher from operating. Special thanks to Jonathan for catching that problem and quickly solving it.

I would be happy to recommend Flow Pro to anyone doing a kitchen remodel.

I needed to have my water heater piping replaced because the new home builder contractor didn't put the correct pipes and it corroded, so based on reviews here on yelp I called Flow Pro and none others

When I called Kayla had the nicest friendly voice, she could have sold me a new water heater and I would have agreed to it, LOL..anyway Jess the owner came in on Monday between the time he told he would come and fixed the corroded pipe in less than an hour for a reasonable price, he was friendly, explained what he did etc ... so basically they will be my go 2 people in the future!

I purchased a new washing machine - which was delivered - but could not be installed because the hot and cold faucets/valves were corroded. Plus - once the old washer hoses were removed - the installers could not close the hot water faucet/valve - so they had to turn off the water to the entire house!

I called Flo Pro - and they were able to schedule my problem for the same day. Jon did an amazing job replacing the faucet/valves and the lines leading up to them (I don't speak ""plumbing"" very well). He also hooked up the new washer.

The price was reasonable and the service was superb! Jon and Flo Pro will be my go-to plumber.

I can't say enough positive things about Flow Pro Plumbing! I received 3 quotes and Flow Pro was right in the middle. What made me decide to go with them was their excellent customer service and willingness to explain the process. They were quick, on time and very professional. They texted me when they were on their way along with a picture of the service person who would be working on my house. Jon was the one who assisted me and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them again :)

Got their name from Yelp yesterday, saw the 5 star rating and good comments. I called them for the water heater in my rental, and their response was just quick, they immediately scheduled the appt. During the repairing, John (the actually plumber) kept communicating with me all the time, telling me what the problems are and what I can get from the product warranty, very professional and honest.

Nothing which I can complain about, just want to give Flow Pro Plumbing a 5-star rating. Excellent job!!!
