Plumbing issues?? Don't waste any time......Y'all need to call Flow Pro Pluming! If I could give Rebecca & Vincent from Flow Pro Plumbing a 10 star review I would! Our kitchen sink has had ongoing issues due to incorrect plumbing installation and late Tuesday evening the pipes under the sink literally blew apart sending water throughout the cabinet and onto the floor. I called Flow Pro Plumbing first thing Thursday morning and Rebecca immediately put my mind at ease and assured me that they could get someone here to fix it. Vincent Mares came to do the repairs and he not only reconfigured the under sink plumbing but he snaked out the entire line. Our sink drains better now than it EVER has!
Hats off and applause for Rebecca and Vincent. You two are awesome and incredible assets to your company! Thank you so much!

Needed toilets repaired and Terry got the job done. He was on time and was very thorough. Cost was a bit higher than expected but haven't used a plumber for awhile. They did give me discount which I very much appreciated. Toilets are working great! Will use Flow Pro again if needed.

Office staff really worked with me to get my kitchen drain unclogged as soon as possible. Terry was on time, very professional and did a great job! I will definitely call them in the future.

I made an appointment. They called back and had to reschedule for a week later.
Day before the appointment, they called and asked to change time. First option did not work. Second option did.
Got a text 4 hours before appointment time saying they were on the way. Started to scramble to get ready early. Then got a call saying the text was a mistake, original time was still correct.
Got another text that the tech is on his way.
Then another call that they made a mistake and sent tech to the appointment after mine.
Got another call that the tech would be on his way soon.
Continued waiting for over an hour and it got into the time frame of the first option that didn't work for us.
Had to cancel.

I was so disappointed. The Flo Pro young plumber quoted the job up to $500 and said there were things wrong with two things inside the toilet that were major. He said he'd have to go to his car to get some quotes. Why couldn't he tell me right then?
Then I called my apt. plumber that lives 5 cities away and asked this guy to explain to him the problem. Then this Flo Pro plumber got fidgety and said why do I need to talk to this guy? After that he went into a very long speech of the problems with no price quote still!!!
Then I interrrupted him and said would you Please tell me a price? Finally, He gave me two large quotes.
I asked him to leave and I had to pay for the estimate, which was around 60 bucks. I felt he was giving me too high of bids for a toilet handle that was just stuck.
We'll guess what...I called another company that I had used in the pass. He replaced one part(a seal $5.00 plus one hour labor- which I know is standard in the business ) and didn't even have to replace the handle. And his work and part were guaranteed for one year! We have hard water so the seal was getting stuck! That was the only problem!!!!!!!!
I will NEVER use Flo Pro ever after their first guy tried to bamboozle me out of a lot of money.
Wish I could get my 60 bucks back! How sad their plumber would do this to a senior citizen.

Jesse and Flo Pro stated this shower had a leak and needed to be caulked for $800. We did that on our own and the bench still leaked. Their second opinion was the shower bench had a crack and needed to be retiled and claimed they do showers and were pros. If you want to pay 11,000 for a shower made with some cheap, flimsy material not meant for showers, this is your man. They claimed the price was so high to include any problems they ran into, yet still wanted more money. All I want is my money back for a job that needs to be redone. The shower leaked less before the job than now and looked way better before the job than now but we have a new pan and seal that wasn't needed and tenants who don't have their shower. Thanks Jesse!!

Im REALLY happy with Flo Pro, and they are for sure our permanent plumbers now. The guy that came to our house today was SUPER nice and helpful. We had him come out to clear a pipe, and put in a new toilet. Nothing crazy, but he did a fast, clean job, and left our bathroom in pristine condition! I'm so thankful that he was able to come as quick as he did, and for a good price too! Thank you Flo Pro Plumbing! I'll definitely be calling again next time we need some help. :)

My leaky bathroom faucet repair has come in at $276.00, with no charge for warrantee parts. Why so high?
Flow Pro's ""base fee"" is $89 for the trip out and diagnostics. That would be applied toward the cost of repairs if I agreed to the repair, which I did. Alas, the necessary part was NOT on the truck, and had to be ordered. I paid the $89 base fee that day, Flow Pro ordered the part, and returned 3 weeks later to install it. The ""purchase and install"" charge for that 2nd visit was $98. I assumed my base fee of $89 would be applied to that repair charge of $98, with the difference, $9, due on the 2nd trip.
Alas, Flow Pro charged me an additional base fee of $89 for their 2nd visit to make the repair. And neither of those two base fees was applied toward the ""purchase and install faucet cartridge"" charge of $98. So my total charges came in at (1) $89 base fee for diagnostic visit, (2) $89 base fee for 2nd visit to replace the faucet, and (3) $98 to ""purchase and install faucet cartridge."" That's $276 for a faucet cartridge repair.
I called manager Jessie and asked for a refund of at least the 2nd base fee as it was clearly a misunderstanding of the service tech who did my installation. But Jessie patiently and politely explained to me why that should not happen . . . something to do with a ""customer-supplied warranty part."" When I asked him to waive that consideration and refund the $89 anyway, Jessie would not.
This simple faucet repair should have been $98 ""purchase and install"" with a single ""base fee"" of $89 applied to it, for a TOTAL of $98. I've paid a total $276 to Flow Pro. Thus I've been OVERCHARGED $178. That's $276 (what I paid) - $98 cost of repair. I've paid TRIPLE the amount I would have if they'd had the necessary part on their truck on that first visit. But because they did NOT have the part, I've paid TRIPLE.
I began to have misgivings when the company receptionist promised that the manager, Jessie, would call me the day I called to discuss the overcharge. He did not. 5 days later, I called again. This time the receptionist assured me he'd called and left a message for me. He had not. It now all seems to fit their customer service standard.
I am surprised that Brentwood Press's SILVER awarded plumber would gouge a customer in this way, and that when asked, refused to make things right.
My advice: Before letting Flow Pro into your home, clarify with their owner, Jessie - NOT the receptionist - what their base fee is and how it will be applied to your total bill.
Brentwood Press' SILVER rating is more like CHARCOAL.

This was my second time using Flow Pro Plumbing and it was another great experience. Our water valve in the laundry room had rust accumulating on the exterior. I called and setup an appointment a couple days later. Vincent arrived promptly within the service time scheduled. He was polite, professional and adhered to all the Covid19 protocols. He assessed the situation with the water valve and explained the options for correcting the problem. Both options required cutting into the drywall. However, one was less intrusive. He gave me a written estimate for both options and said trying the less intrusive option would work so long as there was not issues behind the drywall. There was no pressure to commit to anything at the time. I decided to proceed with the less intrusive option hoping for the best. After cutting into the drywall, Vincent informed me that the less intrusive option would work. There were no other issues hiding behind the drywall. In addition to that I told Vincent that we had just replaced the flooring and asked him to be careful while working. He was very respectful and took care when moving the washer and dryer and didn't scratch the flooring. He cleaned up after himself nicely and replaced the drywall. After a little spackle and paint the wall will be as good as new.

I returned from a long trip, and shortly discovered a water leak between my kitchen and front room. This was so over whelming for me. Called Flow Pro Plumbing who immediately but my mind at ease. They immediately came out and repaired the problem on an ice box valve. They were very professional, precise and did the repair, not leaving a mess.
I highly recommend Flow Pro Plumbing, this is a great company. They did what they said in a professional manner and were honest. Thank you
