So many issues with them- not sure how they got voted a top choice by anyone. Constantly changed crews and none of the crews could be bothered to arrive before 10am. By the time prep was done and they were actually ready to work, it was 10:30. And of course, they stopped work at 3:30 to leave at 4p, all while taking a long lunch in the middle.

And I got pushback about wanting an invoice for the exact work being done.
And they jackhammered in the wrong room of my house, ironic after wanting that invoice.
And they handled that situation poorly as well.
And the concrete work they did after they repaired the plumbing work was incorrect. I asked about it, and they defended the concrete not being level with the existing foundation. Which, of course, the flooring guy had to address their poor workmanship.

Be smart. Use anyone but Flow Plumbing.

I had slab leaks (a total of three) and was very dissatisfied with not only the customer service, but also their time management and work. The initial repairs were red-tagged by the city due to an unacceptable clamp that was used (it was not acceptable under a slab) and rather than get a crew out to fix it, they wanted to argue with the city. The start of our experience to resolution of the leaks was a total of approximately 3 weeks. During that time, we had holes through our slab in our house and down usage of a bathroom. They were constantly changing out of crews, lost time and delays due to poor planning on Flow Plumbing's part and combined with not doing the job properly the first time, a very inefficient way of doing things. I even had to pull their equipment out of my sewage line because they couldn't get someone out to pull it out before the day ended (or we would have had no bathroom facilities due to a balloon in our sewage line). I had to be pro-active and stay on top of communication because their office did not keep in contact and were not pro-active in keeping the people they were sending out to my place in the loop as to what was going on. We asked for a call from the owner to voice our concerns, we never received that call. They were a preferred vendor from our insurance carrier and we voiced our concerns with them as well. They did not want to share information with us and tried to use the fact that it was an insurance claim as reasoning. As the owner of the home, I am entitled to know what costs are accruing on the repairs and estimates, and only after talking to my adjuster, would they release that information to me. There are coverage limits we were trying to manage and we even debated switching providers mid-repair due to the unprofessionalism and lack of project management.

FINALLY!! Replaced my 17....yes 17 year old hot water heater and lo and behold, I had some piping issues from the end of the hot water heater piping to the piping that bleeds on over into the pipes that ultimately lead into the back of your washer machine via your hot and cold lines. So, Flow techs came out (early October 2014) and replaced all the defective piping & even came back the next day when more leaks were found (hey, its an old house). All is fixed and I am just a lovin' my new washer machine, new hote water heater AND my new pipes!! ** THANKS FLOW PLUMBING ** - Kris Dallas, Texas

Responded to my call immediately when I told them my hot water heater was leaking. Plumber was very courteous & worked quickly to install a new one. Had hot water in just a couple of hours like he said. Working great! I would recommend Flow Plumbing to any one.

Arrived on time. Nice CSR over the phone.
Field workers are fairly good, prompt and efficient. If it is not because they forgot to put the clean-out cap on when they left, I would give them 5 stars.

We have had issued over 6 months with a leak. A different company came out and did a pressure test but couldn't find the leak. A leak detection company came out and looked with an IR camera and couldn't find a leak. Another plumber scoped the drain piped in our laundry room and couldn't find anything and he referred us to Flow Plumbing. We were skeptical because so many others came and couldn't come to a consensus about what was happening. They showed up promptly at the appointed time and were courteous and professional. After explaining the history of the problem and evaluating the visual damage, they concluded that the leak must be behind the wall and it would have to be cut open. We asked if they could get started immediately and they could so they cut a small hole behind our washer and discovered a cracked drain pipe which the AC's condensation was also draining into and spilling out of when the AC was on! We were thrilled that they not only found the problem but repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work.

We have had Flow Plumbing come out for three major services over the past 3 years: 1) Water heater replacement, 2) Toliet and 3) Garbage disposal replacement. They are always polite and all the quality of their work has been excellent. No problems at all.

my sister recently lost her husband and i live on the west coast . i got a call that makes me sick to my stomach. they charged her 400 dollars to rebuild her toliet what a rip off it to 2 guys 2 days.It takes me half a hour to rebuild a toilet. the parts are 25 i feel that people should be able to make a living but what a rip off. i dont know how people like that sleep at night.
