We had our water heater replaced by Matt Jansen. Matt was prompt, professional and proficient. He kept us informed and updated with scheduling as well as the repair process and when to expect hot water again!! You're company is fortunate to have such a competent young man (plumber) as an employee. well done!!! Ben, the plumber, came out to fix what should have been a quick fix. He told me that I needed to buy a new faucet which I did. He came back later that week and told me that its not the faucet and that he needed to blow or flush the line to the sink after breaking the new faucet that I purchased. He told me he would buy the replacement part and come back out when it comes in. Two weeks later the replacement part came in and he dropped the replacement part on the front door and walked away. I came to the door and asked where he was off to and he said """"I have kids I have to get home to I am done with this."""" And just left. I paid these people to come into my home tell me to purchase a faucet to replace a faucet that was never broken. Broke the new faucet that I never needed and pocketed my money. Had 2 different guys come out at different times. They had to come out 3x to attempt to fix a faucet. I was left with a whole tile by the tub they had to break or water would shoot all over the place, if he turned the water to the house on. They arrived after 6pm and didn't leave till 8:30pm. I paid a deductible fee and nothing was even fix. Don't use this Company. The Supervisor attitude was very poor.
