I got up one morning and had no water. I did some checking at the pressure switch and the pump and assumed from the testing the pump was bad. I was prepared to be without water for several days. I called Flow Master and was surprised to hear they would be out that afternoon. When they showed up they were very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were doing along the way to make sure I understood what was wrong and any cost involved. They had me all fixed up that night with better water pressure than I had when the house was first built. I've never had better service anywhere.

Same day service is a TOTAL LIE. I was told on a Friday that they would be coming around 4 or 5. I am dealing with a home warranty and have to have the repair person give a diagnostic on the phone. So, when they said they wouldn't be out until 7:30 or 8 I asked them to put me in for Monday morning. They said someone would call me first thing Monday morning with a time. These people do nothing but give you a run around. I called them at 9:30 (gave them ample time to call me). The woman that answered the phone said she would check on things and call me back in a few minutes. 40 minutes later I called them back. She said she had to check with someone and they would get back to me. 45 minutes later I get a call and James tells me that someone will be out within the hour. At 2 pm I finally call yet again because nobody has shown. Now they say they don't know if they can fit me in today! These people are disorganized and someone has a major listening comprehension problem.

I called because they advertise they have 24/7 availability. Wrong, the lady said the on call plumber would call with an ETA and never did. I called back and no one would answer the phone and mailbox was full. What's wrong with this picture? Don't waste your time.

I was charged $130.00 for a young man to walk around for 10 minutes to tell me my pump was gone. It would cost $2800.00 to fix. Called someone else and it was the wire and was fixed for $420.00
