I highly recommend this business. I have a very busy life between work and my son. My kitchen sink was clogged for literally 6 months because #1. I haven't had time to fix it and #2. I have had terrible luck with plumbers. I kept putting off dealing with finding a plumber because I just expect to be taken for a ride. My water only went down when I turned on the disposal, so I was getting by but it needed fixing. A close friend used this business for his condo in DC and was in awe of all the trouble Brian went through to ensure the work was done CORRECTLY. So I hired him too. I just thought I had a clog somewhere and he could just snake it. However, Brian spotted the issue and even though I know very little about water pipes and how they all connect in my house, I knew he was spot on. It was so obvious once he said it but every other Plummer had charged me, never mentioned this as a possible issue and the issue just kept coming back periodically. My house was built in 1956 so it has a pretty solid foundation. Brian replaced some of the pipe (PVC), had to drill through solid concrete and tiling. He made a couple trips to get exactly what was needed. He cleaned up after himself and I honestly cannot be happier. I am so happy my sink works again that I am taking time from my work just to write this review. I honestly do not feel his pricing was high. I thought it was below every other plumber I have ever hired and he didn't charge just to show up. That's a plus in my opinion. Hire this business.

We had Flow Master Plumbing replace our kitchen faucet which was leaking badly. Bryan showed up right on time and did a great job installing the new faucet. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the service and the end result. Highly recommended!!

We had a leaking toilet and reached out to multiple plumbers. Flow master responded with in 30mins, gave me an estimate and a day later Bryan came out to fix it. Company contacted me right away and plumber came out that day. His repair took maybe 10 minutes and charged me $180. I thought that was unreasonable for the amount of work done. And then toilet did not work correctly so had to call him back out. He fixed it and didn't charge me. Based on that I would not call this company again.

I had an busted cold water pipe under my sink, and needed a plumber asap! I checked on yelp for emergency plumbers, as this was in the evening hours and I needed help right away. I requested quotes for the service I needed, and Bryan was one of three plumbers who responded and after hearing what my situation was he gave me an reasonable quote and offered to come to my home right away even though my home was quite a distance from where he was. I really appreciated him for doing that because he could've said that was too far of a distance at that time of evening. When he arrived, he was nice and professional, explained what he found in detail and proceeded to finish the job. I was charged the same amount he quoted me for that particular job. i also asked him to come back to install a new faucet that I bought and he came back and did that as well.
I will definitely be contacting Bryan for all of my future plumbing needs!

Bryan was incredibly fast to respond to my request on getting a new sump pump. No hidden fees and straight to the point of what I needed. Was able to come out the day of the request and got on his schedule 2 business days later. The sump pump he replaced my old one with was top of line and now in code. I would highly recommend him to both friends and family. 10/10 service. Definitely has earned my business for the foreseeable future.
